Over the past few months I have been doing cardio with good fat burning results. I am now about to start a 4week Clen/T3 cycle and wonder if I should change my workout shedule?
At the moment I jog for 2miles and do 1hour of bodywieght exercises & kettleball work. Getting a good sweat and the heart pumping.
In the past when on clen/T3 my cardio reduced significantly by stiffening of muscles and easily out of breathe. I drink alot of water so that was not the problem. Maybe I wasn't as used to cardio as I am now?
Should I add supplements, vitamin and minerals to help me with the cardio? Or should I lower the cardio and concentrate on building more muscle?
I am used to doing balls out 1-1.5 hours in the gym. So I don't want to spend time on level one on the eliptical trainer.
Basically what I am saying is what exercise regime should I take up when on the Clen/T3 cycle?
