I just started the 3 day a week route.Hitting each body part once a week.Mon Wed Fri.Now if I miss a workout is it ok just to start with wat I missed on the following week or how would yall do it?

If I miss a workout, I try to make it up if I can in that week. If not, it's not the end of the world.
