Yes, I actually lost 10 pounds on a testosterone only cycle for 8 weeks. It was a mistake for me to start that cycle. I was way too fat and did not have enough experience on diet and had not much to work with in terms of muscle to begin with. I made some very good strength gains on the cycle of test e and lost a ton of fat. I did put on muscle as my lifts went through the roof. I have stopped gaining obviously because I'm not on a cycle and just finished PCT. I'm not losing my gains either. This cycle won't start for another three months. My diet is still not perfect but it is much better than it was three months ago when I started my first mistake cycle. I'm not interested in posting my diet I don't really have the time and I don't eat the same exact foods everyday. I eat six times a day, lots of eggs in the morning (around 8)with oats, 4-5 meals of chicken, tuna, and turkey a day. Post w/o Protein shakes and casein at night.
