    Planning second cycle, need feedback

    Here are my stats :

    Current Stats :
    5' 10"
    185lbs - will be down for cycle
    17% ish BF - will be lower for cycle
    29 y/o
    Previous cycle of Test E 500mg per week for 10 weeks


    First off I'm finishing my last week of PCT now. I know I need to wait about three months before I start up again. In that time I'll lose some more BF and a tad more weight. I've only been training for three months since my last break after a surgery. So when I start the 2nd cycle I'll have about 6-8 months of current training under my belt. I understand this is not recommended but I've made up my mind and am fairly confident the risk of injury will be fairly minimal by the time I get to starting this new cycle.

    Tentative cycle :

    1-13 - Test E 500mg per week
    1-10 - Looking for second compound IM - no orals - edited
    1-13 - .5 Arimidex ED
    15-19 - Tamox 40/40/20/20/20
    15-19 - Clomid - 75/75/35/35/35 - Edit

    Is there anything wrong with this cycle besides the lack of two solid years of gym training? My diet is not perfect but I do consume massive amounts of Protein and do a 40% carb, 40% protein, 20% fat diet of 2000 calories right now due to cutting fat. I'll up the calories to around 3500 for the cycle.

    My biggest question is how is the Tren dosage? and is Tren E the best Tren for me to use. Please leave out the you have not been training long enough flames. I've made up my mind and understand the risks of not waiting on two years of training.

    Strictly given the proposed cycle and your cycle experience: save the tren for later, and tren e is not recommended for your first run at it anyway. I'd consider something else entirely. Also, pct is weak.

    I'll add in clomid to the PCT, I just hear it has a high chance of sides. I'm not going to go the oral route so that would leave me with deca or EQ to add in as a second compound. I have not heard wonderful things about EQ..... Maybe a different ester of Tren would be a better fit. I'm pretty set on adding a second compound this time so I'm pretty sure that is going to happen.

    Gonna go 400mg of test e per week. At week 5 I was going to add tren A for 7 weeks. Any feedback on that cycle?

    1-13 - test e 400mg pw
    5-12 - tren a 100-150mg eod
    1-15 adex .5 eod
    PCT - Nolva, Clomid and maybe HCG

    tren might be harsh for your second mang, check out NPP thats what i'm doin for my upcoming second cycle

    Ok so you were about 195lbs when you started your first cycle, you are now coming to the end of it and you've lost 10lbs?

    Something is very wrong here. You also stated in one of your last posts (not long ago) that you had only just started back at the gym and starting your current cycle was a big mistake. So now you've decided to add to that mistake and do another even heavier cycle??

    Imo you should leave aas well alone until you've spent at least 12 months in the gym and learning to diet. The diet you posted was very weak...

    Yes, I actually lost 10 pounds on a testosterone only cycle for 8 weeks. It was a mistake for me to start that cycle. I was way too fat and did not have enough experience on diet and had not much to work with in terms of muscle to begin with. I made some very good strength gains on the cycle of test e and lost a ton of fat. I did put on muscle as my lifts went through the roof. I have stopped gaining obviously because I'm not on a cycle and just finished PCT. I'm not losing my gains either. This cycle won't start for another three months. My diet is still not perfect but it is much better than it was three months ago when I started my first mistake cycle. I'm not interested in posting my diet I don't really have the time and I don't eat the same exact foods everyday. I eat six times a day, lots of eggs in the morning (around 8)with oats, 4-5 meals of chicken, tuna, and turkey a day. Post w/o Protein shakes and casein at night.

    At the end of the day this is your choice, we are here to advise you as best we can. If you dont wish to take that advice then thats your choice.

    Thank you for actually engaging me. I understand it's not the right way to do it. I do respect the advise of folks like you. I have listened and will make a decision based on all factors. Your opinion included. The Tren sounds like a bad idea from what I've been reading here. Maybe if I do the cycle I'll look into something less big gun as a second compound. Options are pretty open my buddy suggested Winstrol but I'm skeptical of it due to I hear it hurts like crazy to inj.
