deca/test help

i already got deca 200 10ml vial ive had it for a couple months now im waiting for another and test to come around. Whatever i get from my guy come in 10 ml vial. Im 24 6'0'' 205..coming down from 212 (215 has been my max.180lbs. last summer) I have nothing but time because im trying to get everything lined up and understood before i just jump into it. Im most likely from what ive been suggested to have (2)10ml deca 200 and (2) test 10ml. Now my question is how would i run each (CC/ML wise) and all the supps. on and post you guys recommend. Any help would be appreciated/

what ive read has been 500mg test and 250mg deca a week. Ive never cycled personally and this is just what ive read so dont take my word for it, just letting you know what ive read.

The typical,from my understanding, test to deca protocol seems to be at a 2:1 ratio. (500mg/test,250mg/deca) Is this your first cycle? If so, a simple Test cycle at 500mg/week would likely produce the results you are looking for depending on your diet. DO NOT FORGET about your PCT either. It is a crucial aspect of cycling that shouldn't be overlooked. Aside from all that, it is good that you are seeking quality help/research before jabbing yourself. I am sure the vets will be along soon and could provide you with further information.

Im pretty bad with the mg to cc/ml convertion but its a 10 ml bottle. Yes this will be my first cyle of gear. I've been on and off prohormones for about 10 months with the proper pct in between. What do you think Nolva on the entire time? and clomid pct? i figure the 2 deca and 2 test should probably be ran over 10 weeks but not certain. its why im here.I appreciate the help bigger and sheckey

alright i just take the advice my dude suggests. Now i just would like to know the right support supplements that should be ran over a 10 week cycle and the BEST pct i should take for test/deca......
