    Needing some info

    Im looking to cut around 30 to 40 lbs and gain some strength my question is would it be ok to take something like clenbuterol or winstrol for the weight loss and combine it with d-bol or test for strength gains at the same time?? Or should I just take clenbuterol, or winstrol alone??

    more info is needed, What is your BF%? What is your training experience? What is your diet like?? If you have 30-40 lbs of fat to drop I'd stick to diet and exercise until you drop a good chunk then incorporate a non steroid thermogenic like clen. but again more info is needed, so post that then you can get more definitive assistance from the community here.

    ^^^^ x2,if you are looking to drop 30-40 # your bf must be high,for now diet and cardio but give above info that was asked for.

    Alright my bad guys lol im not for sure what the bodyfat percentage is at the moment, I have been working out for over 10 years now I did weigh around 380lbs this time last year but lost down to around 315 through alot of cardio and eating like 1500 cal a day and taking phertemine.. But I have hit a sticking point from hell Im doing like 2 hours of cardio a day sometimes more by doing boxing 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening 4 days a week and hitting the weights 3 days a week and im stuck somewhere around 290lbs right now.. Strength wise im going down in all my lifts, so that's why I was looking to get on some kinda cycle to gain strength and cut down to around 260 lbs if possiable.. Maybe I dont need to try anything yet but I have been stuck for like 2 months at the same weight and im getting weaker in my lifts so im gonna have to change something up.. If needed I can try to get a b/f measurement done for sure

    How tall are you? you need to double check your diet bro,1500 cals is not very much! so if you are getting to a point of losing strength that is not suprising,have you been to the diet forum and read the stickies there? also check out some sample diets,put together a meal plan and post it in the diet forum along with your stats and goals,people will critique it for you and help you tweek it as well. you dont need anything right now just re-work your diet and keep training and stay foucused on your goal. Congrats to you for coming this far just keep working you will get there!

    Im around 5,11 and as far as the diet it's pretty much veggies, fruit, tuna, turkey stuff like that and the workouts are alot of cardio I do cardio 4 days a week usally 2 hours or more a day, and I weight train 3 days a week and do alot or reps and sets... I will check the diet section out though on here and see what info I can get Thanks!!
