    Is it possible to lower your bodyfat% during a Test E cycle?

    I dont want to be anti-social and not write you guys a whole autobiography, but i rather just get to the point. I have been on dif. boards before so im kinda done with givein every little detail about me and my workouts. Heres the deal. I will tell you i am 23-will be 24 in sept.
    Doing my first cycle. Its Test E for ten weeks. Test will be at 500 per week split into 2 injections. I will be running armidex throughout my cycle(ed) and continued though my PCT. I am PCT ready. I have done research on this for a wail. Please dont give that you not ready stuff. Its done. I already got the gear and not gonna waste my cash by not useing it. MINDS MADE UP.

    The reason why i posted this is that i want to drop my bodyfat% a little. and no im not a fat guy. Everyone knows that test e is good for puting on some mass, wieght will be gained as a result of administration. Is it possible tho to drope your bodyfat% wial useing test E. so i guess what i am sayin is, with the weight i will be puting on from my test, can i still drop my bodyfat% by stickin to a clean diet and uping my cardio ontop of weight training. By the way, i am running the armidex to keep bloat, water retention, and gyno out of the picture or atleat to a minimal. I do have nalva incase of gyno. plan is i wont have to bust it out untill pct. that is if the armidex does what i want it to. Want the cycle to be as clean as possible, with hopes of lowering by bodyfat with gaining musclemass from the test E. Any thoughts?
    I am still able to get gear if there is somethin moderatley mild to stack it with. that is if it will help aid in the results i am tring to achieve. open to that idea 2 if theres any suggestions.~theres those who do and those who dont, I do~

    O ya.. still lookin to get syringe and pins. if anyone has a good site -throw it on reply.
    prob looking at a 18g to draw and somethin like a 23 to stick. dont wanna be jabin with over 1 inch. input on this would also be good too. thank!

    As long as youre keeping your diet clean you should def be able to drop some bf. the more muscle you build the more help you'll have in cutting fat. you should be able to pick up some darts at Ar-r .com.

    Cardio 1 hour a day 300 cal in that hour. Keep heart rate between 130-140. Do not go intense.

    out of curosity what is your BF%? The answer to your question is yes, its all in the diet!

    well my body fat was at ten not 2 long ago . had it taken right after a work out tho. prob was all pumped up still at the time. def had to of gone up atlest a little sence then.im thinkin between 10-15.

    one hour of cardio a day should do it with a clean diet? can i break the hour down in 2 half hours. 30 min before lifting 30 min after. or are results best achevied all at once

    diet i know man. gota do it. italian so its hard not to eat carbs in this house lol
    pasta, pizza, garlicbread . all we fin eat is carbs. now if i cut the startch out of the picutre-i can get them from veggies right. what bout fruit? suger from it will prob be bad. i def will be eatin lean meat. will cut sodium out to. One last question. i normally drink a shi* load of water . if i am runin the test will this increase the likelyhood of water retention or should i be fine

    my bad for postin a bunch of stuff at once my cp is slow and all your replys came at the same time.should of kept it to 1 message. is there another thing i can stack with the test that i should have to use preg with a pct. was thinkin of throwin in some winni for the last 6 weeks? thats it fellas. i will let ya do the typing from here

    this your 1st cycle i would stick to test only and see how you respond,everyone can be different with diet and cardio,me personally i not a big cardio junkie so 3 30 minute sessions a week and i drop wt well with a tight clean diet of course,i would not do cardio pre-workout,drinking plenty of water will help with water retention not make it worse,get yourself a good diet to meet your goals,sometimes it can take a little while to learn your body.

    so post workout cardio.clean diet. yeah sounds right. i gota get that down. i wouldnt even mind just sticking with my current bodyfat% if i cant lower it wial usen. I def dont want it going up tho. is 60 mins every day a little too much tho? i shouldnt have any muscle breakdown sence i will be runnin test but...would you suggest 60 min a day or going with 60 4 or five days a wee. i plan on lifting with my legs too-dont know how much they will be able to handle with 60 min ed and liftin sound like a lot of charliehourses.

    F it ill give it ago anyways. if its light i will push threw it. should have better recovery with the test ne ways

    prob could do 60 in th am one day then 60 in the pm the next. that way i will have it atleast spaced out a bit.
