    Products other thand steriods to use?

    Hey everyone. I recently got my diet where i want it up to about 4500-5000 calories which for me is a lot compared to last year and have been working very hard. I am only 20 and not ready for steroids nor have i had the time to safely research them. What do you think the best product other than steroids is that is safer? I use creatine but i am not sure how effective it is.

    Make sure you eat the right kind of calories. It take 3500 calories to lose a pound of fat and 1600 calories to gain a pound of muscle. However, all calories are not created equally. 1 gram of protein had 4 calories, and 1 gram of fat has 9 calories. If you balance your calories you should be good to go.
