Here it goes first cycle....am I ready?
Okay Guys, it's my first time posting though I have spent alot of time doing research on this site and looking into things. I constantly see people on here who want to start a cycle but are very high on body fat, and they are told to get their diet in check before even attempting a cycle. I have always had very thick skin though I am dedicated to working out. It is very frustrating because I have a lifting buddy who does the same exact workout as me lifts the same weights and eat much worse, but has good vascularity and is very lean with size. It got to the point where I decided to get my test levels checked. The results came back at 420, I am 23 years old. The doctor refuses to prescribe any hormone replacement therapy and because I am not below 300. The age range is like 18 - 65 for the charts they look at and I think it's rediculous that they will compare me to a 65 year man. Anyways, I have been on a good diet getting ready for my first cycle. It is as follows:
Week 1-8
Test E 500 mg per week
Deca 400 mg per week
10-12
Test E 500mg per week
PCT
Nolvaldex.
I am going to post a picture of myself, please give your opinon as to your thoughts if my bf is low enough to start a cycle. Any other suggestions would help. I think it's very hard to loose body fat when your natural test levels are low.

Id say drop the deca and run the test for 12 weeks maybe adding in an oral kickstart.
I'd also add some clomid to that pct as well.
how long after last injection are you planning to start PCT?
Also what is your bf%.

Need more to go on. what is your gym experience? What kind of shape are you in NOW? How is your diet?

I have been training for about 3 years. My diet for last 10 weeks has been very minimal carbs. I have been trying to stay on a 40/30/20 macronutrient diet. On my iphone I have an application called loose it which shows my ratio, I have been taking around 220 grams of protein for my 2000 calorie diet. I have done so many different things and can never seem to get results. I truly believe it's becaue of my low test levels... Im going to attach another pic of me.

Are you looking to loose or gain? Careful, most diets starve your body and does not allow for muscle growth. If you want to gain size then you need to eat more and healthy, not eat less. You need to learn what to eat and when. Spend some time in the diet section.
If it's fat you want to loose it's eating right and cardio, NOT a cycle. If your body fat is to high then you will do more damage than good long term.

its probably just a typo but are you stopping test in week 9? u said test 1-8 then 10-12?

You need to give us more stats and what your overall aim is. the more info we have the more feedback we can give you

I'd drop some bf through diet and cardio. you look pretty solid. I think getting BF down will first make you look a lot better, plus learning how to do so will prepare you for dieting properly on cycle. Head over to the diet forum with your BMR/TDEE, and a sample diet with macros, and the guys will help you get dialed in from there...
