    My First Cycle

    18 week cycle

    deca 300mg E4D 14 weeks
    test prop 800mg/week 14 weeks

    * deca 150mg E4D 15th week, by 16th week END
    *test reduce by 200mg/week for 4 weeks with 100mg for week 18

    proviron 200mg/ED weeks 16-19
    *25mg/ED for two weeks after

    nolvadex weeks 16-20
    *100mg for 3 days, 60mg for 10 days, 40mg for 10 days, 20mg for two weeks

    clenbuterol for weeks 18-28

    That's overkill for a first cycle! What's your stats?

    21 yrs old
    160lbs
    BF%: 9%
    Cycle Exp: I've read a ton
    PCT Knowledge: I've read a ton
    Training Exp: 6 years weights
    Diet: solid

    Squat: 450lbs
    DL: 405lbs
    Bench: 280lbs

    my major disadvantage is deca isnt out of system for a long time thats why i was gonna run it with that much and for that long bc i wont b able to do another cycle for a long time after; basically 3.5 months on and rest of the year off

    definatly overkill for your first cycle man stick with a 12 week cycle of test e or c

    You should just be looking at test for a first cycle. Deca is pretty advanced!

    I was thinking about a cycle for 8 weeks of 20mg/ED just anavar then 8 weeks later 40mg/ED just dbol for 6 weeks then imha look into just some test and deca when im older. how does that sound?

    5' 10" 160 lbs. You need to learn how to eat, NOT doing any cycle and yes that cycle is WAY overkill even for someone who is ready for a 1st or 2nd cycle. maybe a 3rd or 4th cycle.

    You should NOT consider a cycle until you are up to 190lbs+ naturally with low body fat.

    This is all great advice guys, but I wrestle and I'm going to start powerlifting and maybe shoot for Olympic weightlifting too; all weight class sports. I could use a little more weight maybe 10 pounds but I don't wanna shoot over 170lb. In high school (playing football) I used to eat every lunch period - close to 5000 cals a day - and I just eat A LOT of food and I got to 190lb but when I stopped eating like that I just dropped. I already ordered some legit var so I'm gonna do a 6 week cycle: once a day 40mg in the morning with vitamin B-6 then taper slowly off for until 8th week. I'm taking it once in the morn so I can minimize side effects because test is highest in morn so itll have little effect on my HPTA. Also lots of natural test boosters too. Second cycle is gonna be test e and dianabol and nolvadex.
