Tren/sust Can I add more gear?

    Hey!

    Age:29
    Weight: 210 Lbs
    Fat % : 12-13
    Previous cycle history: EQ/Winny/Primo/Sust/Var

I am currently on my 6th week 4th cycle which looks like

    week 1 - 10 Sust 250mg/wk Tren (parabolan ) 228Mg/wk
    Week 8 - 12 Sust 250mg/wk + Winny EOD
Also added 30Mg dbol from week 1 to week 5

Completed 5 weeks i havnt seen much gains as of now. Feel the power, aggression, sweating increase. Have grown a little sharper but dont see a noticeable growth in the muscle size!

I had done my previous cycle of Primo + Test E + Var for almost 20 weeks and had seen awesome results.

Now since I cant extend Tren more than 12 week at the max I am thinking of throwing in a little more gear in here!

    week 1 - 6 Sust 250mg/wk + parabolan 228Mg/wk
    week 1 - 10 Sust 250mg/wk + parabolan 228Mg/wk + Test E 250mg/wk
    Week 11 - 20 Test 500mg/wk + Primo 400Mg/wk
    Week 16 - 20 Test 500mg/wk + Primo 400Mg/wk + Winnny OR Var

The reason for shifting from Sust to Test E is just he pain of Injection.

    Suggestions are most welcome

Dude have you heard of food? Stop with all the whey Isolate. 1x, 2x max a day is enough. You need to visit the diet section and learn how to eat real food. You want to gain size. Learn to eat because as soon as you come off cycle you will loose it all.

Add about 8 eggs (6 egg whites) to your breakfast to start and drop the drink.

    LOTS or room for improvement.

Your diet reads like an add out of a muscle mag that is sponsored by Whey Isolate. LOL

shit diet is shit. wow, i don't even know if this is real or some bullshit post. i can't believe someone is eating that everyday.

if you're really eating that, drop the fruit and whey per workout and eat some slow carbs and real food w/ protein. + drop the whey all together.

Nothing wrong with 2-3 whey shakes a day to supplement a proper diet.

And the suggestion to drop fruit isn't ideal. Fruit contains loads of micronutrients essential to optimum health.

Increase your eggs (whole eggs, fcuk that egg white bullshit), meat/poultry/fish, dairy (whole milk, yoghurt, etc) and fruit intake.

    Fruit > Rice/pasta/bread (empty calories)

Man, at 210, you want to be eating at least around 3000cals/day. 3 shakes might give you 600cals, the rest needs to come from nutritious food.

i never said fruit was bad, but it's bad pre workout. unless you want to spike insulin and have a sugar crash in the middle of your workout.

OP, do you ever feel tired while you're working out?
