decca and cortizone?

I have inflamation of the bicipeal tendon. I was told that cortizone and decca would help it alot. IS this true? How nessecery is the decca, bc I can only get a 10 ml bottel of decca and I only need 1cc to put in shot with the crotizone. Should I just use the rest of the decca in my cycle. Will decca run ok with my cycle?

Cycle consits of
weeks 1-3.5 50 mg of dbol
weeks 1-12 150 mg of prop eod
weeks 1-12 125 mg of tren a eod
weeks 4-12 80 mg of anavar

I just started week 3 sunday.

Some say due to water retention it helps. It did not do anything for my shoulder. Stretch, stretching, stretching and LIGHT weights

will the decca run ok with the tren and the rest of cycle? I know I should stop the decca sooner than the rest of cycle. Im in week 3 so At this point I can shoot today and only run it I guess7-8 weeks SHould I do so or just use what is needed for the cortizone shot n forget the rest?
