Clen
i am currently considering doing a cycle of Clen . 20mcg. i have a few questions though. i have done a pretty fairl amount of research but still need a couple answers.
1. since it will elevate heart rate should i only do so much cardio a day?
2. i have read that most recommended dosages is 60 mcg for a male, that correct?
3. will it help me lose a decent amount of weight or fat if i eat clean?
4. and i have read to do 2 weeks on then 2 weeks off and then two weeks on. is that correct also?
i would love to hear some feedback from people who have taken it or know someone who has. any and all information is greatly appreciated

1. I still do the same amount of cardio whether on clen or off but still monitor yourself closely
2. I've gone up to 150mcg/day and some others have done 200mcg/day
3. yes it will definitely help you lose weight especially with a clean diet
4. 2 weeks on/2 weeks off is correct. You need the time off to up regulate the receptors in order for clen to work again. Or you can take ketotifen to up regulate the receptors then you can run clen longer than 2 weeks.

Clen is fine alone.
I do like to stack it with t3. They have a synergistic effect that melts the fat off. But diet must be on point.

you can stack clen with t3, but since this is your first time with clen, just do the clen. I like to stay around 100 mcgs per day, and definitely run keto and you can go longer than 2 weeks.

thanks for all the input guys and the ones i am getting is 20mcgs. can i expect pretty good results from just clen since i am not stacking it with anything else. like i said my diet is pretty good and will be doing a lil more cardio
