i am currently considering doing a cycle of Clen. 20mcg. i have a few questions though. i have done a pretty fairl amount of research but still need a couple answers.
1. since it will elevate heart rate should i only do so much cardio a day?
2. i have read that most recommended dosages is 60 mcg for a male, that correct?
3. will it help me lose a decent amount of weight or fat if i eat clean?
4. and i have read to do 2 weeks on then 2 weeks off and then two weeks on. is that correct also?
i would love to hear some feedback from people who have taken it or know someone who has. any and all information is greatly appreciated
