1st cycle- Test E

Im looking to get everything ready for a cycle in a few months.
450 mgs a week test e- 10 weeks
nolva and clomid for pct. 40/40/20/20 100/50/50
arimidex and HCG- to be ran during cycle, starting on week 4, and ending before pct .25 arimidex eod. HCG 250icu twice a week

the stats....
age-22
previous cycles- none
height- 5'8
weight- 170 currently (used to weigh 210+, cut down, put on some mass, but also gained some body fat, now trying to get my bodyfat % lower before starting.)
training experience- 3 1/2 - 4 years

planning to bulk on cycle, diet will consist of
meal 1- oats, milk, protein
meal 2- 3 whole eggs, egg whites, wheat bread
meal 3- either fish/tuna/chicken/turkey with almonds, veggies, and brown rice
meal 4- post workout protein shake with creatine/1 tbs pb/bananna maybe some oats thrown in
meal 5- either steak/ground beef/chicken/fish with veggies, sweet potatoe
meal 6- protein shake before bed/ 1 tbs pb

ill figure out my macros and how much i need once im ready to start. thats a rough copy

any other advice/ questions?

One more thing, I get drug tested on a 10 panel test for the company i work for. would the nolva, clomid, HCG, or arimidex cause anything to come up positive?

is there a reason why ur only running clomid for 3 weeks and nolva for 4?? Also how are you going to only run 450mgs of test?? What's the dosage on the test you are getting?? How many mgs per ml?

i meant 4 weeks of both for pct...

and the as for the test ?? I have 2 bottles, one of which is 200 mg/ml and one is 250 mg/ml

so im gunna do 2 pins a week, one from 200, one from 250= 450mgs week

they are both test e yeah? I would also recommend you pop into the diet section and have a little browse.
