Cheat day while cycling? (Deca, Test, Dbol)
I know the diet rules are vastly different once cycling. Alot of people follow the 'cheat day' rule of thumb, and find it beneficial, when cycling is it preferable to eat with a totally clean diet every single day or is the cheat day still beneficial?
Also, what about caffiene and alcohol? For me I generally have 2 cups of black coffee in a day, and a no sugar energy drink at the gym, and every few days I kick back 2-3 mich ultra, or a glass of wine. I have no problem 86ing this if recommended.

People are going to recommend 86ing 90% of this. I cheat, I drink and I feel & look great. Am I stopping myself from getting the most of out my cycle? Definitely, but I have to live!!! (can't wait to get shit for this one )
My weekends are cheat days, but I still keep my calories up. The only thing I would recommend would be to keep the drinking to minimal while on the Dbol because it will be very tough on your liver.
I'm not a doctor, just a gym rat on juice who happens to live a different lifestyle than some others on this board

Well..... eating pizza on three bulking steroids can add some serious fat. You can cheat bro, just try to stay away from trans fats, and excessive sodium

I have a cheat meal every sunday on/off cycle, I feel it gives me something to look forward to which causes me to not slip during the week.

you need a cheat day to keep your sanity. i agree with bigkuntry, keep sodium low and not to crazy with the fats and cheating is iight to do. i do so much cardio per week, that i need to cheat 2-3 times a week just for the extra calories and im still at 8% bf! if you know your sensitive to fat then dont eat a lot of fats, if you more sensitive to carbs..dont eat a lot of carbs...follow your body and what you know about it and you can cheat whenever you want, in my opinion, we all earn that s*** from our hard work/dedication.

instead of a cheat day, just make it a cheat meal instead. Keeps you from falling off the wagon and eating like a pig. Just make sure it's just one meal a week. Works wonders for me man.
