    Test and Anavar Cycle help

    Fisrt, i have read and even bookmarked the help sections. I just need some help with anavar since im new to it. I plan on running test, then anavar for 5 weeks at 60-80 mg, then running my pct. Diet and workout in check. My question is, for first time use, is 5 weeks of anavar at that dosage enough?

    And what should my pct be?

    Age-24
    Height-5'6
    Weight-200
    bf-around 15%

    New to this forum, so please let me know if I left anything out?

    There seem to be a couple schools of thought regarding this.... Some members wouldnt run for less than 8 wks, while others may feel that 80mg ed for 5 wks would be ok too. My opinion highest dose you can run with the amount you have for 6 wks. Thats just my opinion, you'll need to know how you personally react to var. Other more experienced members should chime in and help you out. lots of good info here, keep asking questions.

    I just started a similar cycle - see below:

    Week 1-10 - 375mg of Test E EW
    Week 5-12 - 75mg Anavar ED

    I am only 2 weeks into my cycle so not a lot to report on at this point. IMO though and from what i've read you may want to extend your cycle especially with the test.

    Anavar half life is 8 hours so you should take it throughout the day. I would recommend a short ester Test like Test Prop since it works faster. Test E is a long ester and will take effect in your body at about week 4. You'll almost be done with your Anavar cycle before the Test E kicks in.

    you need to lay out the time frame you are going to run your cycle,such as the way bpouls21 did in his post #3! what is your training history?
