For muscles like the shoulders, triceps, biceps, theoretically theres not a lot between that pin and hitting the bone in some spots. Is this where you would use a 1" ? Alternately you could use a 1.5" and not stick it in all the way?
Then for something like glutes, use a 1.5" ? What about quads?
I never see anyone mention calves. Is that a bad inject for oils? What about something that doesn't cause soreness i.e. melantonin (sp ) ?
