I am wondering that how bodybuilders have so much width to their shoulders?? I know you must have a good genetics.. but is aas or hgh or other substances has to do anything with it? I mean do these substances help you to grow horizontal(lol).. Just curious..

Probally some great training to the posterior delts. Maybe they hit them first on every shoulder workout. I know that I always hit them right after shoulder presses

The effects of AAS use is muscular hytrophy... when combined with a great diet and exercise program.

You can take AAS with a shitty diet and training program sure..... but you will look terrible. You will probally gain an excessive amount of fat, and possibly develop saggy titts. You can also get back and shoulder hair.

Without the right diet and training, AAS will only shut you down and make you look sloppy

Ok.. I got it... but what about Gh and IGF1..?? Do they cause muscle hypertrophy too? or they work in other way?

My understanding is that GH is used for cutting/weightloss and not so much for bulking up. but Dont get me wrong, i have known people use it on a bulking cycle.

Kudos to the rear delts, i save them for the end. Reverse cable flies baby! They can go very undeveloped if you don't pay particular attention to them.
