5th cycle help...
just finishing up a test p and tren a cycle 50/50 ed. i am near the end of my pct and looking for help building my next cycle. here is what i am suggesting.
stats first
36
167 down from 189 after tren cycle
4 cycles
diet is in check
after 8 more weeks i want to try and bulk up a bit but stay lean. i am amining for the 185-190 range. my cals are in check and diet has been critiqued by twist....
1-12test prop 75mg ed
1-12eq2 prop ace blend 100mg ed
1-12decca 200 200mg e3d
1-4d-bol kickstart
8-12-anavar 40mg ed
1-pct arimadex .25 ed
pct
clomid 50/20/20/20
nolova 40/20/20/20
hcg available
any suggestions.....

I'd try teh arimidex at .25 eod at first to see how you go with it like that. Youc an always increase it. i only say this because i've put mp my 5th cycle and someoen mentioned it to me. researched it and seems good

My cycle is very similar only 1-12 anavar at 50-75 mg/day and i'm using Test E. i work away and teh less i inject teh better

4 cycles and you weigh 167lbs????????

i cut down on this cycle for personal reasons...i am only 5'5" i was 189 and had some sever issues or complications that arose from taking perscribed psychotropic meds.
i have always been a hard gainer and i mean a very hard gainer.... i used the tren and test p to lean down as much as i could....ive been told that im an all new man, not bloated or fat due to the completion of the perscribed zyprexa which has been known to kill test in men and raise estro significantly.
diet isnot an insue. i eat right 6 days a week and cheat one day.
normal day consists of 6-7 very small meals now that im off cycle...
1) oatmeal 2 eggs and protein shake
2) walnuts brocolli and chicken breast
3)2 chicken breasts jasmine rice and asparagus
4) pre workout orange, protein shake 28 grms
5) post peanut butter sandwich and 1/2 normal protein shake
6) two ahi tuna filets broccoli and brown rice
7) greek yogurt or cottage cheese and 1 boiled egg
when on my last cycle i went severely into calorie deficient mode on purpose. i wanted to loose water and fat and i reached my goal.
please understand that i do not have the frame to be huge but i am a hard gainer in the gym and workout 6 days a week with guys much larger than i that are trying to bring me along.
please critique my cycle and help me in the right direction...
