Im about to end week 5 of cycle below. My question is i havnt seen much weight change since i started. Ive changed my diet to a more lean diet but i basiclly stay at 220 all week long then on the weekend i usually have a cheat day and on monday im usualy 224 then by wednesday im back at 220. In the gym im getting stronger everyweek my appetite has increased but no weight or size gains. am i not eating enough? is it possible to stay at the same weight during a cycle?
Example diet day;
6:30am protein shake/cup of coffee
7:30am 3 eggs/3 peices canadian bacon,cheese.wheat toast sandwich
10:30 turkey sandwich cheese wheat bread
1:30 chicken/brown rice or 2 cans tuna/ green salad
3:30 protein bar/greek yogurt
5:30 protein shake
gym
protein shake/
7:30 dinner chicken or steak/sweet potato
10:30 cottage cheese walnuts/ blueberries
bed
Stats:
28 years old
220 lbs
6'2" height
training for 5 years steady
bout 4 cycles past - have not juiced in 3 years now
?? bodyfat - but low
goals - some size and lean -not to cut-up...maybe 10 lbs quality
My cycle;
Test E 500mgs/wk - 12 weeks
EQ - 600mgs/wk - 12 weeks
d-bol 25mgs/ED - first 4 weeks
anavar - 50mg/ED - last 4 weeks.
