    weight issue

    Im about to end week 5 of cycle below. My question is i havnt seen much weight change since i started. Ive changed my diet to a more lean diet but i basiclly stay at 220 all week long then on the weekend i usually have a cheat day and on monday im usualy 224 then by wednesday im back at 220. In the gym im getting stronger everyweek my appetite has increased but no weight or size gains. am i not eating enough? is it possible to stay at the same weight during a cycle?

    Example diet day;
    6:30am protein shake/cup of coffee
    7:30am 3 eggs/3 peices canadian bacon,cheese.wheat toast sandwich
    10:30 turkey sandwich cheese wheat bread
    1:30 chicken/brown rice or 2 cans tuna/ green salad
    3:30 protein bar/greek yogurt
    5:30 protein shake
    gym
    protein shake/
    7:30 dinner chicken or steak/sweet potato
    10:30 cottage cheese walnuts/ blueberries
    bed

    Stats:
    28 years old
    220 lbs
    6'2" height
    training for 5 years steady
    bout 4 cycles past - have not juiced in 3 years now
    ?? bodyfat - but low
    goals - some size and lean -not to cut-up...maybe 10 lbs quality

    My cycle;
    Test E 500mgs/wk - 12 weeks
    EQ - 600mgs/wk - 12 weeks
    d-bol 25mgs/ED - first 4 weeks
    anavar - 50mg/ED - last 4 weeks.

    I am no diet expert but I will say your diet looks insufficient to say the least. The help you need is probably in the diet forum.

    I'm taking in over 300grams of protein sufficiant carbs and fats. Ive read the diet forums. How is my diet insufficient?

    Most likely a diet issue. You need to figure out your macros on each meal. You should also know your bf % Try to replace a couple of those shakes with whole food meals. (I'd lose the cheese and the bacon for sure) INMHO

    I can tell by looking at your diet you do not have nearly enough carbs for a cycle. Your diet looks more like a cut than a bulk. You need to pay more attention to the amount of carbs and overall calorie intake when on cycle than amount of protein.

    You are also not eating the right kind of carbs after your gym workout. You don't need sweet potatoes. You need fast burning carbs like white rice and white bread. You should also eat about two of these high carb/pro meals after a workout. One within 30 min of the end of your workout and another 1.5 to 2 hours after that. Then you can have your cottage cheese meal before bed to keep the casein protein in your system as you slumber.

    so they call my cycle a lean bulk cycle which kinda doesnt make sense. Isnt one or the other? When i add the anavar should i change my diet? after my workout i drink a whey shake usually with gummi bears cause i read the sugar helps distribute the protein. then eat about 30 minutes later. anyways thanks for the advice.

    The sugar is supposed to spike your insulin... an anabolic hormone which will help in recovery. A bulk is a bulk is a bulk IMO. Just make sure you are getting enough calories and you will be set no matter what compound you are taking to add muscle... anavar is no different.

    honestly i have not tested my bf but everyone tells me i am more lean looking

    Could be bunk dbol. The test e should be kicking in good by now so I would expect some nice gains in the coming weeks. Dont get discouraged, keep at it. I like prop better personally. Mabe you should try it next cycle. gl
