    cycle questions

    Going to be starting an 8-10 wk cycle using test 250 along with anavar (oral) and plan on going on a low carb diet.
    My goal is to lean up and lose unwanted fat around mid section and chest.

    I've lifted clean for yrs but want that edge lost with age and want to look less bulky ... presently ...
    5'10"
    190lbs.
    40 yrs old

    Do I start both anavar and test 250 together or stagger the start? Think I will use the test once every 7-10 days.

    Like I stated, I really want to lean up without putting on any more weight ... would actually like to finish up at 180lbs lean and not bulky looking as I am already thick around the middle and upper chest.

    Please, any input or what type of gains I will achieve are most welcome.

    bro it sounds like you can accomplish your goal without any aas usage! are you talking about running 250mg/week?

    yes, 10 wks of "test 250", once a week for the test but wondering how long to wait before starting anavar tabs if not together?

    diet and cardio is what you need, maybe take a pill for the "mental factor" , it always helps me stay in line as far as my diets, just a regular fat burning pill should do.

    You can cut it down naturally bro.. and lifting for years means how many years?? be specific bro.. BF?? Some pics can be nice for all of us..

    At 40 you may have lost more then your "edge". Most men experience lower levels of testosterone at your/my age. Go to your DR and get a blood test done to see where your test levels fall. If they're low, you may be a prescription for test replacement.

    Running 250 a week is just above maintenance level. But this will still shut down your natural test production. You don't want this at 40 years old, because recovery will be much more difficult. You will look and feel better on test, but feel horrible (for months) afterwards trying to recover. You may not even recover. See your dr.

    PCT advise

    What about running a proper PCT?

    sustanon for 8 wks - once a week
    anavar for 8 wks - daily
    PCT for ??? (start and finish time)

    Afraid of gyno from the test and already have thick chest ... no puffy nipples though, just extra fat and feel that with a proper diet, cardio and PCT I can get rid some visceral fat as well as horrible chest fat. I also want a solid gain with more emphasis on my legs gaining some size.

    1. when should the anavar be started (orals right away with sus)?
    2. PCT start after 3 wks of last test pin?

    Please feel free to advise away!
