Hello everyone, I got a couple of questions for using clen. I have done some research into clen, thanks to this forum. I am 28, 5'9, and weigh at 206lbs. I have been hitting the gym for the past two months now, mostly doing cardio, light weights and core training. Main purpose is to lose weight and have more defined muscles. Yes, I have been doing proper diet too.
I just bought some lion's liquid clen. I understand the dosage needed from reading this forum. But do I need to take it in the morning or right before workout? Coz I have to work from 8-5 and head to the gym right after work. And clen is a good source to use to shed bf right? Since it is a stimulant, is it ok to do 30mins cardio with it? Or is there a more effective way to lose weight?
