    Newbie who is gonna use clen.

    Hello everyone, I got a couple of questions for using clen. I have done some research into clen, thanks to this forum. I am 28, 5'9, and weigh at 206lbs. I have been hitting the gym for the past two months now, mostly doing cardio, light weights and core training. Main purpose is to lose weight and have more defined muscles. Yes, I have been doing proper diet too.

    I just bought some lion's liquid clen. I understand the dosage needed from reading this forum. But do I need to take it in the morning or right before workout? Coz I have to work from 8-5 and head to the gym right after work. And clen is a good source to use to shed bf right? Since it is a stimulant, is it ok to do 30mins cardio with it? Or is there a more effective way to lose weight?

    I would suggest taking clenbuterol in the morning as opposed to before your workout. For one, you want to have a increased metabolism throughout the day so you'll be burning fat even if youre at work. Also, if you take clen too late it could effect your sleeping. As for cardio, 30 minutes sounds fine. Personally I never do more than 20 minutes. But remember to keep your cardio moderate, and not too intense. Your heart is already working extra hard on clen and you dont want to do over do it.

    Take it easy buddy, you'll get replies give it some time. Anyway that clen is good stuff. Make sure to gauge your tolerance to it before you get into it full blown. If you workout in the evenings I wouldn't take the clen before workout because like this guy arsh said it will mess with your sleep cycle. either take it first thing in the morn or split the dose, once in the morn and again around noon.

    Thanks guys for the info. My bad for being impatient. Would u guys recommend doing the crossfit workout with clen? As it is an intense and explosive workout?

    Make sure you supplement taurine and start at a very low dose and ramp up. For me I get way less sides from Test/Tren/Winny at the same time than I do from clen. IMO clen is one of the worst compounds for sides out there but thats just my experience.

    I did a Clen / T3 cycle and found it to be a waste of time. I think it is hyped way too much.
    Everyone has different experiences as someone else will tell you they got great results.

    Clen/t3 cycle is very effective but your diet needs to be in check. There's no magic pill.

    How does T3 help with Clen?
