Best cutting gear/stack?
Ok guys im looking for some input here. Im 23 , 5' 11" , 203lb, 16%BF, 2057 BMR, TDEE of 3500. Looking to see what you guys think is the best setup of gear to do a cutting cycle. I know that you can cut on just about any gear but some stuff makes you retain more water, and others dont. I was told to do Test E and Deca with Nova for PCT. I would like to hear what you guys think. I know some think Im young to do it but Im trying to do it the safest way possible. I hit the gymn 5-6 times a week for about 2 hours. I do mostly HIIT cardio- 2 min warm up, 40 sec. high intensity 20 sec. low intensity, 2 min cool down. I generally do between 22-26 min of this cardio (600-750 calories burnt generally)..... That cardio is not long enough at all. If anything a test only cycle would be the way to go forget the deca for your goals.

Diet and cardio imo, cant think of anything that will cut you quicker...

Ok, if Im doin HIIT cardio like I said before.... Im doing 20-25 min of it daily. How should I do the rest?

HIIT cardio's awesome. I make my guys do 45 minutes of it. If you just increase the duration of your HIIT you should be good to go.

Ok so 45 min of HIIT.... is this in one set or break it up?
