Ok guys im looking for some input here. Im 23 , 5' 11" , 203lb, 16%BF, 2057 BMR, TDEE of 3500. Looking to see what you guys think is the best setup of gear to do a cutting cycle. I know that you can cut on just about any gear but some stuff makes you retain more water, and others dont. I was told to do Test E and Deca with Nova for PCT. I would like to hear what you guys think. I know some think Im young to do it but Im trying to do it the safest way possible. I hit the gymn 5-6 times a week for about 2 hours. I do mostly HIIT cardio- 2 min warm up, 40 sec. high intensity 20 sec. low intensity, 2 min cool down. I generally do between 22-26 min of this cardio (600-750 calories burnt generally).....
