If you have to ask this question you are obviously new to the world of aas. And thinking of running tren for you is a NO NO.

Give us a little more to work with.

Dont run any kind of steroids with those stats, go down to the diet section and post your diet and ask for help, steroids will do nothing for you until you understand how to build muscle naturally with food.

Okay buddy... I respect your advice but im taking it now please answer my question if you know it rather than just lecturing me... Ive talked to a lot of guys on steroids and they think I have a good base for it and I know all about the right diet and have been doing my best to stay on it for 4 years... So please stop lecturing when all you see are 3 stats...
