how to (not to) get steroids

I see a lot of post where people slip in request of how or where to get certain items or talking about a web site they bought something from so they can see if it is real. I'm kind of new and can not give advice in a lot of areas, but i feel i can give a little common scene . One simple thing do not ever get steroids from a person you do not know in the real world in. There are some great experienced incredibly knowledgeable people on here, but just like the girl who is really a guy on a chat sight you do not know them. Get to know some people in your gym to include what they do for a living. Once you know them they will often mention it before you even need to ask. To sum it up because and don't get screwed or arrested.
