I'm 39, 5'6, 185, about 16%bf. I want to lean out with strength gains not so much worried about size. I ahve been working out most of my life but just not matter what I do loose the BF.. I have apt test qtrly.. so I need the strength as well as to cut.. I have always done well but the age is kicking my ass.

I have been reading and doing research and I was thinking of doing the following ...

50mg/day of var, 250mg/wk Primo/ and 2.5Iu's every 3rd day of Gh.

would this be too much? not enough? thanks for any help.
