Hello, I've seriously been considering doing a cycle and I have no knowledge of what i need. I'm 26 years old 6'1" @ 172lbs. B.F. 9.8% I've been hitting the gym consistantly for a little over a year. I've been taking the basics, Protein, glutamine, BCAA, multi vitamin and super pump 250. I've gained 20lbs in a year. I eat healthy, but not hardcore on the diet.
My questions are... As a first time cycle, what would be the best for me to take? Also what should I be taking afterwards to put my body chemical levels back to normal?
I know a guy that goes to the gym that can sell me some. Only problem in my mind is he makes them. Her imports the raw materials from china and makes them. So instead of jumping the gun and buying them without anyone elses opinion.
Any information you can give maybe a list of everything that I would need for a nice healthy cycle with plenty of results? Id like to be a solid 190lbs Just shredded not huge and bulky as my body type is naturally athletic. I would be doing everything by the book.
