    Hello. need help. sure you get this alot

    Hello, I've seriously been considering doing a cycle and I have no knowledge of what i need. I'm 26 years old 6'1" @ 172lbs. B.F. 9.8% I've been hitting the gym consistantly for a little over a year. I've been taking the basics, Protein, glutamine, BCAA, multi vitamin and super pump 250. I've gained 20lbs in a year. I eat healthy, but not hardcore on the diet.
    My questions are... As a first time cycle, what would be the best for me to take? Also what should I be taking afterwards to put my body chemical levels back to normal?
    I know a guy that goes to the gym that can sell me some. Only problem in my mind is he makes them. Her imports the raw materials from china and makes them. So instead of jumping the gun and buying them without anyone elses opinion.
    Any information you can give maybe a list of everything that I would need for a nice healthy cycle with plenty of results? Id like to be a solid 190lbs Just shredded not huge and bulky as my body type is naturally athletic. I would be doing everything by the book.

    Whats your diet&cardio like? IMO homebrew( unless your making it yourself and know the safety precautions) is not to safe because you dont know whats really going in you...
    But for yur first cycle try test with proper pct to follow. but as for your supplier Id buy from a place with good reviews and good backgroung maybe somwhere with lot#s on the gear bottle to ensure legitimacy. IMO goodluck

    We do get this a lot. You've put on 20lbs in a year with consistant training. You're only 18 lbs away from your goal! You goal is modest, and you can reach it by continuing doing what you're doing. And the good news is, you won't be breaking the law, risking your health, or spending money you don't need to.

    It takes time to build a quality physique with or without AAS. You don't need them to reach your goal.
