Hey guys ive been looking around at pin sizes and hearing different things. my first cycle i stuck with a 22g 1.5 inch in my ass and i noticed considerable gains. my last cycle i stuck with 25g 1 inch in my ass and shoulders and i got gains but im not sure if i was completely in the muscle. i have 8% bf and weigh 194-197lbs so i dont have a whole lot of fat on my ass or shoulders.. what u guys think and use? thanks
