    Smile optimal cycle for me

    For whoever takes the time to read this, i'd like to know what is the optimal cycle for me based on the criteria below? I'll be away for just over 2 months this summer with family... (leaving the 3rd of july.. so the cycle should begin the 4th!)

    stats/info
    22 years old
    5'11"
    doc verified 16% bf
    203lbs
    8 weeks long absolute max
    will be traveling by plane, and therefore any vials/amps will have to be priority shipped (less frequent injections needed)
    will be consuming on the upside of 5000 calories per day (lots of rice, parents even though american, make tons of japanese food... really clean diet, guesstimating 100g protein from meals alone.)
    104g of protein daily (in two shakes, post workout and before bed)... 400cal each, egg white and milk protein off protein factory (whey iso costs too much)
    taking GNC mega man vitamins and 900mg fish oil ed

    goals
    build up biceps,triceps,fore-arms, traps,shoulders, upper pecks (all upper body besides the lower pecs and my abbs... i naturally have a mild case of "man-boobs" from my teen years, and wash board abbs aren't a concern as long as i don't get too fat)
    increase bench max from 275-350 (low for most of u guys i'm sure, and even though it's a big jump i'm gonna really try to get as much out of this first cycle as possible)

    So, (bear with me) i'm definately considering test e, but it seems the max 8 weeks won't give much for results and i'd rather run one steroid for my first time (no dbol for the first few weeks), but i could definately pin eod if it meant the cycle would only be 4-6 weeks... any ideas?
    btw, i plan to run arimidex throughout (.25mg-.5mg eod), and a 4-6 week nolva/clomid pct

    2. what's your training experience
    3.(no dbol for the first few weeks)?????? what's up with this? the 1st few weeks is when you suppose to be taking the dbol.

    been training hard for a year (killed myself throughout my junior and senior years in high school, and kept the majority of gains since then)
    i'd rather stick to one steroid for my first cycle, and see how it affects me (after being a member here for a little, i suspect my teenage manboobs may have been a result from high estrogen levels earlier on? i'd rather take only one aromatizing roid)

    5000 calories?? With only 100g of protein?? That's a joke, right?

    what? I eat a lot of carbs (mostly rice) and fish... it's a guesstimate as i said, but if you prefer "vetteman08", i'll count um this summer just for you...

    1st, despite the fact that youre too young... WHY ARE YOU STARTING A COURSE WHEN YOU GET ON HOLIDAYS? Holidays are for relaxing, spending time with loved ones, experiencing new things etc... NOT for you to be all pumped full of test looking for a gym and then stuffing your face and sleeping 12 hours a day.
    Not sure if you think youre going to get buff on this holiday or what...

    2ndly.. DIET? Ok, im guessing youre american asian? Rice is pretty awesome.. but to get 5000calories a day from it? Thats a lot of rice!
    And as Vette alluded to, are you eating meat? Seems like youre doing 2-3 protein shakes a day and then stuffing yourself with rice. And thats it. (if im wrong, post ur diet).

    I have to ask.. why at 22.. when your body is pumping full of natural (AKA FREE) testosterone, you're wanting to spend money on a drug that will only shut off your Free, Constant and Reliable source of testosterone?
    Honestly you dont want to hear this and I dont want to repeated type this again.. but... YOU WILL benefit more from spending 2 hours in the diet forums. Any money you wanted to spend on steroids spend it on a personal trainer, and MEAT.

    you need to read more because if you're going to take test the d-bol would not make a difference. also, you have adex on that you're going to be running.

    if you have "man boobs" cardio should be more in your future.
