For whoever takes the time to read this, i'd like to know what is the optimal cycle for me based on the criteria below? I'll be away for just over 2 months this summer with family... (leaving the 3rd of july.. so the cycle should begin the 4th!)

8 weeks long absolute max
will be traveling by plane, and therefore any vials/amps will have to be priority shipped (less frequent injections needed)
will be consuming on the upside of 5000 calories per day (lots of rice, parents even though american, make tons of japanese food... really clean diet, guesstimating 100g protein from meals alone.)
104g of protein daily (in two shakes, post workout and before bed)... 400cal each, egg white and milk protein off protein factory (whey iso costs too much)
taking GNC mega man vitamins and 900mg fish oil ed
goals
build up biceps,triceps,fore-arms, traps,shoulders, upper pecks (all upper body besides the lower pecs and my abbs... i naturally have a mild case of "man-boobs" from my teen years, and wash board abbs aren't a concern as long as i don't get too fat)
increase bench max from 275-350 (low for most of u guys i'm sure, and even though it's a big jump i'm gonna really try to get as much out of this first cycle as possible)
So, (bear with me) i'm definately considering test e, but it seems the max 8 weeks won't give much for results and i'd rather run one steroid for my first time (no dbol for the first few weeks), but i could definately pin eod if it meant the cycle would only be 4-6 weeks... any ideas?
btw, i plan to run arimidex throughout (.25mg-.5mg eod), and a 4-6 week nolva/clomid pct
