    Thumbs up Recomp Cycle Critique

Hey guys, I'm coming up on my Summer recomp cycle and wanted to know what you guys think...

I'm 27, 5,11" 180lbs and very lean. My experieince is strong with PHs and AAS experience is Test E, Mast E, Var, Winny, Proviron.

Of course, proviron, femara, and dostinex will be used properly on cycle.

I respond very well to low dosages and am considering the following 2 options:

An EQ/Test E backbone with a low dose of Tren to kickstart phased to a high dose of masteron to close...

    EQ Weeks 1 -18 (600mg wkly)
    Test E Weeks 1 -19 (180mg wkly)
    Tren E Weeks 1-10 (160-200mg wkly)
    Mast E Weeks 10 -19 (600mg wkly)

    OR

A low dose of Test/Tren with a high dose of masteron to close?

    Test E Weeks 1 -14 (180mg wkly)
    Tren E Weeks 1-12 (160-200mg wkly)
    Mast E Weeks 5 -14 (600mg wkly)

Any thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I really want to throw the EQ in to see what it's about rather than to just run EQ solo and waste a cycle to find that I don't like it.

    Thanks,
    Lean

I think the first cycle looks good.

A test base is always a good idea. At 180mg, you're only slightly above TRT so side effects should be minimal, but gains will also be small.

600mg of EQ is an ok dose. A lot of people say the gains from EQ are not great, but it will help your joints, make you more vascular, stimulate your appetite, and the increased RBC will help counteract the endurance loss from tren.

200mg of tren is on the low side, but it is a powerful compound and you will see gains from it. Thanks to the low dose, side effects should not be much of a problem. Common sense would tell us that Tren A has less side effects than Tren E, but from all the user experiences I've read, Tren E users tend to report less sides. The only problem is that if the sides are unbearable, you have to deal with them for a lot longer.

Mast is a relatively weak compound, but like EQ it's got more than just anabolic properties. Of course at 600mg you will see gains from it, and most people say it hardens them up.

Low dose cycles are underrated, although if you add up the mg of all the compounds, it is a decent amount, and the synergy between these compounds is good.

Thanks for chimming in... I'm really looking for low sides on my first Tren run and read that a lower test dose is the way to achieve this.

So you feel the EQ would make for a nice addition?

A lot of people rag on EQ for not giving great gains, but it has a lot of other positive effects with very few sides. It's a great all around compound.

If you play sports or do a lot of other physical activity aside from lifting, then I say keep the EQ.

An argument for taking it out would be if you wanted to cut costs, and reduce the total mL of oil you have to inject. Also if you don't do a lot of physical activity outside lifting, then the merit is smaller.
