    Missed Last Nights Shot

I got 4 shots left of test-e in my cycle, I got rushed to the hospital yesterday and had laparoscopic surgery to repair a twisted intestine and remove scar tissue and some adhesion. I'm home now and doc said I could resume my normal activities and workout regimen in a day or two. Is it ok to take my shot today and just finish up my cycle? I pin Monday nights and Friday mornings.

Gotta say this shot was by far the easiest I've had the past 2 days lol. Thanks for the quick reply.

You can start normal workout regimen in a day or two?????!!?!?!?! Sounds like a pretty invasive procedure to me... do you not have very big incisions?

Just 3 1cm incisions. I had the surgery at 5 last night and was home by 3 today. I guess its a long term complication from gastric bypass since when they re-route your intestines they attach it to fatty tissue in your stomach and people who loose alot of body fat (went from about 44% to 13% in 2 years) causes that tissue to go away and your intestines end up in an empty cavity and can become twisted.

Wow well congrats on minimal complications. How does cycling with having a smaller stomach?

Thanks man. It's not really that bad actually. I just need to eat more often, so instead of like 6 meals I need to have 10 to get all my nutrients in. Cycle has been great I went from 188 to 207 and stayed at 13% bf.

Wow those are awesome gains. It's good to know someone can go through a life changing event like that and come out on top. I hear a lot of horror stories with gastric bypass.

Thanks man, it definitely wasn't an easy ride but is worth the end results. Alot of the horror stories are people not doing the right thing afterward and thinking the surgery is magic and you can go back to eating whatever you want. Its a complete lifestyle change and you need to be physically and mentally prepared for it.
