    Injecting into the bicep

    I have never injected into my shoulder or bi and am woundering how to properly do so...

    ive got a question, when injecting into a body part you can only use 1 hand, after you penetrate do you just let go and aspirate ? does the syring just stay in your body without bouncing around?

    The syringe may move about alittle but if your worried about that then use two hands and inject the quads...
