    Help with cycling clenbuterol

    hey guys,

    this is the first time i will be doing clen. i am running a 4 week cycle and was planning on doing 2 days on 2 days off at 120mcg. im just not sure since if i do the 2 days on 2 days off some of the days fall on workout days and some dont. would i be better off taking it on the days i work out or do cardio and skip the days i rest? right now im only hitting the weights mon, wed, and fri, and cardio usually on sunday. thanks!

    You are better taking it for 2 weeks straight then taking 2 weeks off. Or you can take ketotifen to up regulate the receptors then you don't have to come off.

    tballz: i was thinkin that, but i am only going to be on it for 4 weeks total, so thats why i didnt wanna do it that way..

    305: 6ft1 225lbs and a bit less than 10% bf at the moment..

    the thing is, ive been reading a lot about it and there really isnt that much info on how the best way is to take it.. it just says everywhere to tailor your consecutive days you take it accordingly...

    The reason for taking it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off is to regulate your receptors. You can take keto if you decide to stay on for week three but imo after using keto I would recommend coming off for 2 weeks. When I was using the keto I was lethargic all day and found it difficult to motivate myself to train.

    y do ppl always go bak to thats guys thread of 2 weeks on 2 weeks off?? theres other ways to run clen that wrk.

    i tried out 4 days on 2 days off.. and it wrked better than when i did it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. ppl run that cycle just coz 1: its cheaper, 2: u get min sides.

    every1 will react different to clen and depending on ur goal u might want to run clen differently.

    the most important question i have is y only 4 weeks?

    Diamond maybe you can help me on my clen cycle because its obviously not working for me.. i dont even feel any effects of the clen... can you PM me? someone anyone

    diamond: thanks for the info.. im using it more as a bridge.. im doing a pretty long aas cycle where i am taking 4-6 weeks off in the middle to give my receptors a break. so the clen was just something i threw in during these 4-6weeks to keep bf lower and give me a bit of a boost.. im actually using it more for its anabolic benefits than fat loss. my buddy who is running the same cycle as me is only taking the clen on his training days, what do you think about doing it that way? im not sure if it even makes sense to take it everyday during these 4-6 weeks and use the benadryl method, or just take the clen on my training days which is pretty much every other day or mon, wed, fr, sun...

    if ur only taking clen for 4 weeks. i would just stay on it it for 4 weeks straight wit sum keto. i dont think ur gonna see a big difference just using it 3 days a week.

    I'm on a PCT Clomid/Tamox and using Clen as well. I'm doing the 2 week method.. it's working pretty well. I'm ramping up: 40mcg and peaking at 120mcg. I'm not sure I'll need to go all the way to 120 cuz this liquid Clen is pretty strong IMO. I figured it would be ok to stop at day 14 on the 120mcg and no need to ramp down. thoughts?

    I'm getting some muscle cramps.. is that normal? I've been skipping jiu jitsu and kickboxing classes cuz i'm worried about getting hurt; just doing lots of cardio, weights and yoga.

    Does anyone have a study to show that 4 days on and 2 days off actually works? I've never seen one. Not saying it doesn't work but I would like to see the actual study. Is 2 days enough time to up regulate the receptors? Half life of clen is 36 hours. Is 2 days off enough time?

    Also, clen has only been proven anabolic in high doses in cows. Doses so high that it would kill a person.

    To take care of the cramps, start supplementing with taurine...take 3-5g daily. Also you should be drinking about 1-2gals of water a day. Take some potassium too while on clen.

    Thanks... I'm drinking tons of water, lots of time with Vit C Emergen C paks.. I wish I knew about Taurine when I placed my ARR order.. I'm gonna research something over the counter... maybe it's over the counter too?

    i've done 4 days on 2 days off.. in my experience and the other 20 bodybuilders i kno that do it around here all agree that it wrks. 2 days was enough for me... but clen like any other drug... ppl body react different to.. it could wrk better for me not for sum.. but if 2 weeks on 2 weeks off isnt wrking for sum1... why not try another way?
    everything here are basic guidelines everything should be tweaked in time to how ur body reacts to any drug u take.

    2 weeks on 2 weeks on isnt an official way to cycle clen... its a great way to start coz its mild and cheap.

    I've taken it a couple different ways and this is is the one I've been using and will stick to. Two weeks straight and I take my entire days dose in the A.M before cardio. I start at 40mcg and every 3 days or so I bump it up 20mcg. I do not taper off at the end of two weeks. I just stop.

    No reason to taper down...no idea why anyone would.

    I'm into my third week of clen now, started off at 60mcg and ramped up 20mcg every 3 days until 120mcg, now in third week and supplementing clen with nytol (uk sleeping aid) which regulates the beta 2 receptors and thus allows fat burning to continue. Week four will continue at just 120mcg clen only.

    yea theres still a lot of debate over whether it does increase strength and lean mass in humans or not... i know what studies ur talkin about, the MSSE ones.. its not proven it doesnt have any anabolic effect on humans, they just claim its very unlikely when looking at the doses given to the animals..
