when u guys inject into your ass, do u do it yourself or have someone do it for u? im nervous to do this myself when i inject in my thigh i pinch the mussel with one hand and stick it with the other.. cant really do that in my ass... do u look in the mirror while inject and do u use your right hand to inject in your right glute?

you can do it yourself its not hard. You can look in the mirror and holding the syringe like a dart works best for me...goodluck

I get down on the floor (on my knees) just use my right hand push the pin in hold the barrel with my fingers then use my index finger and thumb to push up on the plunger to aspirate then push down with my thumb its that easy

There's no need to pinch a muscle. The glute is the best place to inject imo if you can turn far enough around to see it. I've tried using a mirror but it's difficult as hell for me to do due to the fact that everythings backwards when looking thru the mirror. s p o t i j e c t i o n s . c o m for further help.
