Thoughts on effectivness of short cycles?

I heard different opinions on running short cycles, in order to increase saftey and keep more gains, by spending less time off. Are running shorter cycles instead of a traditional 12 week cycle a good idea?

I have read that short cycles are sometimes better for you, but it all depends on the person and their body. You may react better or worse to this. There's only one way to find out. If you have a limited supply of gear and cannot get your hands on more, that is a perfect time to see about a short cycle.

Hoping some more experienced ops around here can provide some info.

If my memory serves me correct, 007 in one (or more) of his posts mentioned the results arent as good if you dont run a proper course (ie correct dosage and duration). Hence I upped my sust and am extending my course for the whole 12 weeks (then pct). A few others have mentioned this too, so I was a touch confused. Being my first course I decided to rather do a full proper course.

Any other thoughts comments etc are welcomed.

It depends on who you ask, everyone is different.

some people prefer short 6-8wk cycles,

    other prefer long esters.
