Can I get some opinions and help plz?

hi guys, im new to the site and new to the idea of actually using steroids. After constantly trying to better my physique and training as much as i could, dieting, etc. I just cannot get the results I want. Minimal gains yes, but nothing anyone would even look twice at. Im 23, 5'6" and 137 lbs. My legs are big as I have to stand for 9 hours a day at work so thats not my problem area. I want to get a ripped chest, I just watched twilight new moon with my gf last night and the jacob dude is a perfect example of how I would like to look.

Okay, now enough of my garbage blabbering, this is where I need you guys....

Ive read on a lot of the different steroids, testosterones, etc etc and it seems they all have side effects and upsides as well.

Any suggestions for a first timer, something that is not too harsh on the body but will give me decent gains? What should I stack and how much should I take? I know I sound like a stupid newbie but any help you could give would be awesome guys, thanks! Looking forward to ur replies...
    -Bulldog-

P.S. any tips about the process of using, stopping them and the like would be nice... i read a few things but would rather go off of personal experience!

23 is a little young, you could get over that but.. 137lbs no way should you be even thinking of steoids. You need to build a base first. You can go to the diet section and they can help you put on real muscle first. lm not trying to burn you but you really do not want to touch steroids at this point.

you sound like you need to do alot of research. you need to spend a good year or so researching different compounds and also getting your diet in check. You will also need to post up for stats.

You seem very light aswell, 137lbs is not alot tbh. Im sure you havent reached your full potential naturally yet! just carry on training hard and get your diet all sorted also stay on this forum and just read through the threads on here. They guys on here are very helpful with the exception of a few. We are all here to offer sound advice and if it seems harsh its not personal!

    I appreciate ur guys' tips...

...but you dont understand. By all genetic means, im as big as I should be. My dad was 5'6", my mom 5'2".... hell, my moms mom was 4'11" when she died... and theyre all not big people. I come from a long line of tiny people aqnd if u think I should break 180 before i try steroids or w/e just forget it, its not gonna happen. Even when I really trained and put on any type of bulk, the heaviest ive ever been is like 143, maybe 144. Would steroids really not do anything for me? Couldnt I just use a smaller dose? When I diet for a week or so I have a solid 8 pack, some decent lats and my arms arent bad for my size... theyre just not impressive. I want to be really yoked. So its not a matter of me not having any muscle or core, I dont think. Its just honestly not in my genes to be big. I spent most of last summer in the gym, reading all the magazines, supplementing and dieting as I should but with very minimal gains and I dont want to go another fruitless summer of being unsatisfied with my body.

I understand you guys arent trying to burn me and thats very cool of you... but just consider what I said and if I HAD to choose a stack, which ones would you recommend?

Oh, and not that it makes a ton of difference but i'll be 24 in 2 months.
im 5'6", maybe 5'6 1/2'" 137 pounds and i dont have any other measurements? This is basically a last resort... I really want to try and see if I get the results I want.

Bulldog - I feel your pain dude. I too am from a limited height family. So i want to try and help where I can

But if you want any help you need to help us. As has been requested can you post your daily diet? How often do you train and how long have you been training for?

Im not sure what guy you were referring to in the movie, however remember again it is genetics. Steroids are not going to instantly transform you into what you want. Despite how you workout and how much gear you take if your genetics say 'no' then thats it - you may just not have that physique.

Again, I do feel your pain and just dont want you thinking AAS is the one-stop shop to the body you want and if you help me, Ill definitely help you as I know where youre coming from dude.

Sorry for babbling guys. I want to help this chap as I know where he's coming from

I have a friend who is in the same boat as you. He stands at 5'5 and weighed 130lbs soaking wet. He started working out when I did and I wrote him up a PROPER DIET that I put together thanks to the educated individuals who grace our DIET SECTION of this forum. After only 4 months he now weighs 150-155lbs and only a 2% body fat gain. I myself, after learning how to PROPERLY DIET have went from very lean 135lbs to 165lbs (I am 6'2 by the way) with 2-3% body fat gain.

My point is brother, that AAS is not the magic pill/injectable; PROPER DIETING is. To sum it up, this is a quick overview of my daily diet now: 4pounds of sweet potatoes, 16 ounces of chicken, 100 grams of protein worth of tuna, 16 ounces of a london broil, drink 1x1/2 cup of egg whites in morning with 2 scoops whey, 2 scoops whey after workout, casein shake before bed, couple cups of rice, oats in the morning, peanuts throughout the day with 1.5 gallons of water. I have A HELL OF A LOT more energy from my carb intake and take on double my weight in grams of protein from whole foods. Its easily achievable bro. Take it from me, and my friend, we both swore we were meant to be little but with the discovery of what a real diet is we both SWEAR we are MEANT TO BE BIG. Good luck. Stay away from AAS, watch the videos in the diet section (several times) follow the diet strictly, and get big. Peace.

I agree with the others. Try setting a goal such as "I will have my diet fixed within a week" and "I will lift and diet religiously for 6 months, then decide if I need aas".

Thanks brother. Ahh London Broil is an inexpensive slab of steak; usually about 3 pounds worth is only a little over $6 here in the states. A little tough but for the price and size, I cannot complain.

Ah yes, the London Broil! When it's cooked right, thinly sliced, with just the right amount of onions...DELICIOUS!!!

Sorry OP...looks like you disappeared. I would take the advice from the guys above. Get your diet in check for a few months, work out HARD, and do some research.

LOL.. food, and meat at that.
    *shrinks into a corner*

To the OP - until you repost, Work out with your diet. Be cheaper than AAS and youre not messing your body up. Sounds like a win win situation to me.
