Here's the deal:
I like looking good, but I'm no bodybuilder. I need to shed fat and increase strength. Adding too much bulk too quickly or suddenly going bald would be a bad thing, as it would lead to things like, "Hey, I need you to pee in this cup." I work in a job where I have to fight pretty regularly, and I'm basically just trying to make it home to my family. I know I might be asking for "magic juice," but if somebody could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it. Think along the lines of oldschool Soviet Bloc olympians with weight class requirements.
