    What do I need?

    Here's the deal:

    I like looking good, but I'm no bodybuilder. I need to shed fat and increase strength. Adding too much bulk too quickly or suddenly going bald would be a bad thing, as it would lead to things like, "Hey, I need you to pee in this cup." I work in a job where I have to fight pretty regularly, and I'm basically just trying to make it home to my family. I know I might be asking for "magic juice," but if somebody could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it. Think along the lines of oldschool Soviet Bloc olympians with weight class requirements.

    Years training? well...when I was 18, I was pretty damned strong (for a 200lb teenager); went to hell in a handbasket during college, got back in decent shape after, and have been training with various degrees of dedication since. This time, however, I'm serious. When I say I fight in my line of work, I mean it - for my life sometimes.

    I've cut way down on carbs and fat; eating alot of tuna and lean chicken, etc. keeping meals to 400 cal or less, so I can still snack a little; usually eating 4 times a day. EAS carb control shakes. I hit the treadmill for 30 minutes, and starting back on my lifting. My legs are naturally abnormally strong, but I really need to work on my upper body. Yes, I'm looking for steroids , but want to know which ones suit my particular needs. I've got a buddy who can get pretty much anything, but when the whole candy store is in front of you, it's hard to pick out the one you want.

    and, I've dropped 20 pounds in the last three weeks; I need to drop about 20-30 more before I start any kind of cycle, but I'm just trying to do my homework beforehand

    Well there is no reason too look at steriods until u get ur bf under 15 percent or so

    well, I am of course no expert, but I'd imagine there are some powerlifters who might disagree

    Well he did say he wanted to drop another 15-20 lbs before starting a cycle...

    What do you do for work? Just curious as you claim you need to "fight" but if you go bald may need to pee in a cup? Most jobs (cept for athletes) do not test for steroids . Only rec drugs such as pot n coke.

    Thinking those old school soviet guys just took lots of test. And probably didnt do a PCT.

    By the way, what is post cycle therapy ? I'm totally new to this stuff; just need to be stronger faster than I can probably do it naturally. If anybody knows the best nonsteroidal path I could take, I'm game, but I just don't see the results I need so far. I'm doing cardio, weights, and starting a little HIIT (which for a guy who played highschool football, is similar to practice without the hitting). I'm making decent progress, but I gotta get up to speed faster; if not for me then for my brothers-in-arms.
