Firstly let me say Im a complete newbie on this forum but Im jumping straight in here because I badly need your advise and quickly...
Here is the situation / stats:
Im 23, Ive only been working out for 3 years properly on and off...
My first cycle was nearly 2 years ago now...
It was DBOL only with no PCT!! AND guess what I lost all my gains and wondered why?....yes and before everyone rips the shit outta me I have since realised through research over the last couple of days that this was stupid...but thats what happened...the only extra thing I did do was take Milkthistle which Im running in my new cycle also..
SO
Now I find myself two days in to starting my 2nd cycle (planned for 8wks)...which at the minute is DBOL ONLY (50mg a day) yes I said it...Ive only just realised this is bad remember! So now I gather the best thing to do is run Test... and initially having been put off 2 years ago at the thought of needles I now believe its retarded to not do it properly if Im gonna put this stuff in my body in the first place...
SO My questions are... I take it its not too late to start the TEST. Ive only been on the new cycle two days!...but when is best to start TEST baring in mind the earliest I can prob get holda some is say Tues next week...
How much TEST per week?
Is 50mb Dbol right for me?...its what I did last time (1st cycle)
How much Milkthistle should I take per day?
And is Nolvadex the best thing for my PCT? and when should I start this and for how long?
Infact if anyone can do a breakdown that would be immensely helpful
...If anyone can help me on my situation I would be really greatful. I realise its just another newbie possibly going over old things but I have at least spotted my mistakes of the past and now just need to fine tune how I need to go about the correct method ie. running TEST and doing a proper PCT...
