help with beating test

suggestions/ advice for beating steriod test i am likely to take. intent on going through with deca cycle, so simply not cycling til after the test won't work. anyone know how to actually beat or confuse the test? i've heard of methods to substitue urine via catheter. also that androstenidione with a particular substance (nor-19) can confuse a test. any truth to these?

From what I understand, an individual can test positive for deca up to 18 months after administration. I guess I won't be doing any natural shows in the near future

Get off deca. Stay off deca. There are lots of faster acting drugs that do just as good and probably better.
