Been reading up on this stuff for a while, and am very new in this subject.
I'm 21, just under 6'2, 175lbs, running about 13-15% BF. Been training for 4 years off and on. Started training bjj, muay thai, and mma 4-5 times a week with large emphasis on cardio and core work during these days. Also lift about 3 times a week before training. i eat pretty clean, mainly chicken, steak, eggs, fish, carb intake is mainly pasta with meat sauce. i take whey protein once or twice a day as i try to get most of protein out of natural foods.
What i'm trying to achieve is a lean look, with more strength gains than size. I've been hearing that you should PCT winny (like nolvadex, although i'm not sure how to get my hands on this stuff), and others are telling me i don't need to worry about it. I'm picking up a bottle of milk thistle as a liver protector unless people have some better suggestions that are easily accessible.
Thinking about going on a 6 week cycle, with week one going 40mg, week 2 50mg, week 3 60mg, week 4 60mg, week 5 50mg, week 6 40mg
i'm asking for some advice on what others with more experience think. Like i said, new to all of this, and just trying to make an educated decision on this.
