    Been reading up on this stuff for a while, and am very new in this subject.
    I'm 21, just under 6'2, 175lbs, running about 13-15% BF. Been training for 4 years off and on. Started training bjj, muay thai, and mma 4-5 times a week with large emphasis on cardio and core work during these days. Also lift about 3 times a week before training. i eat pretty clean, mainly chicken, steak, eggs, fish, carb intake is mainly pasta with meat sauce. i take whey protein once or twice a day as i try to get most of protein out of natural foods.
    What i'm trying to achieve is a lean look, with more strength gains than size. I've been hearing that you should PCT winny (like nolvadex, although i'm not sure how to get my hands on this stuff), and others are telling me i don't need to worry about it. I'm picking up a bottle of milk thistle as a liver protector unless people have some better suggestions that are easily accessible.
    Thinking about going on a 6 week cycle, with week one going 40mg, week 2 50mg, week 3 60mg, week 4 60mg, week 5 50mg, week 6 40mg
    i'm asking for some advice on what others with more experience think. Like i said, new to all of this, and just trying to make an educated decision on this.

    Im glad your here to educate yourself..

    There are some great educational threads and you need to start there.. You need to be familiar with the serious harm that can be caused when using aas under the age of 24...

    There are many supplements, diets and training methods that would better help you achieve your goals at this time...

    Disregard my last post and read this one. At 6'2 175 with 15% bf you need to work on your diet and training and not start on steroids. before i started my first cycle i was the same height at 225-230 and about 12-13%.

    alright cool, i've never been heavy as i've been a goalie my whole life at high levels, i'm looking to stay in the 180-185lbs rage for mma, and not move up a weight class. i'd like to put on lean muscle without going on something more intense like dbol as this will be my first cycle ever.
    thanks for the input thus far. taking it all into consideration. if it's not worth it to take it period and cause more harm than good, then i won't. thanks again, keep it coming.

    AAS are not your answer to your goals, at your age and stats all you need is to learn how to manipulate food to your required advantage, using AAS will have a adverse effect at your age and see that you have no base you need to work on your diet, I advice you to go down to the diet section and let the guys down there sort your diet out and see get to your goals by adjusting and re-designing your diet, you may want to reconsider your AS approach in a few years time.

    Well off the two sites I posted on it's clear that at this point my diet is something that needs work before anything else. Thanks a lot fellas and I'll see if I can't clean it up a lot more and chart my progress with it.
