    Whats reccomended for my stats?

    age: 27
    height: 5'11
    weight: 220-225
    bf%: REALLY HIGH..LoL
    training exp: Light lifting...1/2 hour cardio for last couple months
    cycle exp: none

    Hey everyone.. kinda new to this site... so far this place is awesome.. very happy to be here!

    I have a buddy who got me some Dbol and Windstrol and I have been researching what I should do... rather to take it or not and so far I have been tip toeing around the Dbol. I took the Windstrol for 2 days so far but do not think I need the Dbol yet... specially since I have read here that you should only use 1 compound for your first cycle. The reason I took the windstrol is because so far I have read that it is great for cutting weight. Right now I just want to cut off all my excess fat.. which is kind of a lot.. I was laid up for almost 6 years straight with a back injury... went from 180-185 to 230-235 lbs.... and now am down to 220 lbs since I have been lifting and doing cardio for the last 6 months on and off. I do not think the Dball is going to be good for me after reading about it on here... and another friend of mine says I should be on Test. but since I read here that I should only be on one compound for my first cycle I am going to only take the Windstrol for now. Any comments on what I should be doing...or if what Im doing with the Windstrol is right for cutting weight as fast as possible? Thanks a million.. looking forward to the replys! THANKS!

    Everyones going to say the same thing im pretty sure my man,

    Work on the diet, get a SOLID lifting base and drop the BF to AT LEAST ~12% before thinking about a cycle.

    1st of all..... winny and/or dbol without test isn't a good idea.

    2nd - Your bodyfat is higher than it should be for someone who wants to use aas. The problem with higher BF is you're more suceptible to gyno and other negative effects from steroids.

    3rd - you should hit the diet section of this forum and post yours up. The guys there will tweak it to make it optimal for your goals. Why not take advantage of something thats free?

    : ( .... LOL... thanks for the advice guys.. I really appreciate it. So when I do end up doing a cycle Its better to have test if I am running Dbol and Winny? I don't know how to measure my body fat... but Im having a really hard time loosing the fat even on a good diet... probably not as good as something that could be reccomended here.. but Im going to go and post my diet and see what I can do to get rid of all this fat I gained being sick.     Post your diet in the diet forum and yes testosterone should be the base of all cycles...
    Do not ask me for a source check.
