    questions no one seems to be able to answer for me!!

    so ill just get to the goods. 6'3 180 lbs. I have my diet down to a science i my workout is perfect (in my eyes) but i cant put o n weight so im attepmting a "jump start` to gain mass its impossable for me. doing a short 1 month cylce of Andropen 275, D-bol 10mg. first time doing a cycle ever aswell starting at the end of the long weekend. i know my dose but no one can answer my questions hopefully some can help!!

    Do i need to `prepare`my body anymore than it already is
    Do i need to change my diet
    what should i expect short term, long term
    what should i do post cycle to maintain everything.

    they seems like basic questions to me but no one seems to have the answer.

    What I would do is post your diet so the guys on here can judge whether or not it's actually good and if it needs to be changed. Also post your body fat % and how long you've been working out. 180lbs seems pretty light for being 6'3". Also why are you doing a short 1 months cycle? If you're trying to bulk up, you should be using just test c or test e for 10-12 weeks. For post cycle, I would recommend checking out the pct threads...they'll tell you everything you need to know.

    ALSO 1 month of test is gonna be a huge waste of time.

    I remember when I was only 180lbs at 6'3", Steroids are not the answer and your cycle is a joke. I would post my diet in the correct section and get some help. Seriously. my first year of training I went from 155lbs to the 180 zone. If you are my size, tall and only 180lbs, food is your problem, you've got to eat. You do that crappy cycle and I guarantee you'll lose everything and be severely disappointed.

    22 6'3 180 lbs. I've grown up in a gym (dads a personal trainer moms a RN dietition) I've got an eating disorder. Bascially I can eat eat eat and loose weight my metabalism is to fast. I don't have the exact measurements but I eat 7-8 times a day. I'm currently on a 3 day 2 day off workout allmuscle included in 3 days. Body fat is at 8%. I've heardwhat I want to do is a joke but my body mymoney not yours right? Im in my training (8 years boxing). On average I will gain aboutten lbs in the next3 months but just looking for a little bit more gain and just want to makesure I'm doing everything properlymy first time andgo from there

    well that "cycle" would be worthless regardless of related info.
    4 weeks of 10mg dbol and test? don't bother.
    for kicks, list the diet in detail.

    i doubt what you are saying. i want to see your actual diet, in detail, before i accept you eat 8 times a day and have an eating disorder.

    Not trying to be an ass but BS. If your diet was down to a science and your workouts where good/perfect you would weigh 225 lbs and be 8% body fat by now.

    EVERYONE who is 22 thinks they just have an over active metabalism. It's diet 99.99% of the time.

    It wounds like you already made up your mind, it's your money, not ours so why ask for advise when we are just going to tell you it's wrong?

    Since your parents are so smart why have they not helped you? Have you tried asking then for help? Sometimes the smart gene does not get passed to the kids. LOL

    Hard gainer = crappy eater. I'm not so much being negative here, but -finally- discovered I was the same, after years of stuffing everything and anything in my mouth, and not gaining. What and when you eat makes a difference.

    Mate. I hate to be a dick... But your diet is far from a science..... You are no where NEAR your natural potential... 6'3! Shit I wish I was like 5'9... Being 5'6 makes it hell of hard, but I still weight more than you... And your almost a foot taller... Your diet is not to a science bro....

    You do have an eating disorder..... but this disorder lays in your mind. Theres no way in hell you're eating enough of the right foods.....

    I was 6'1 175lbs in HS...... i NEVER gained weight..... seemed like i ate all the right stuff. After learning when and what foods to eat..... i shot up to 200lbs naturally.....

    It is possible for you..... just post up your diet and let the diet guys tweak it for you. One thing i can almost guarantee you tho..... if you run a cycle now - whatever you do gain will be lost within the next month of comming off......

    10 mg of dbol?

    8% BF?

    You've got a lot of learning to do, homeboy.

    You're 22 years old and think you've got it all figured out, but you're FAR from it.

    Do yourself a favor and do not go ahead with this, or any cycle until you've done some reading.
