How long between cycles?

I'm sure this info is around here some place, but a few searches and a look through every freakin sticky fails to turn up an answer.

I'm just wondering how long is generally recommended between the end of PCT from one cycle and the beginning of the next?

I think I have seen this question around once a week.

They say time on+PCT= time off.

A blood test is wise for any length of time off, shorter or longer then the above.

IMHO give yourself at the minimum 3 months.
