    Anavar only cycle?

    I have a job that has weight requirments, and im in the military. I cant gain a lot of weight unfortunately.
    So heres my question, i was going to run a cycle of anavar only. Not to sure how good of an idea that is. I was thinking about 60 mgs everyday. Im looking to lose some fat and gain a little muscle without jacking my weight up to much. IM 225lbs currently been working out for about 6 years. I have the fat to lose so im hoping that this will help trim the fat and gain muscle but still keep my weight around the same. But liek i said im not really to sure how it will go. Any info on this? anyone done it? Thanks

    Job that has a weight requirement and 225 isnt enough? How tall are you?

    Im 6 feet, 225 is plenty a little to much....I wouldent mind staying 225 just want to transform the fat on my body into muscle, and i have to maintain a level of physical fitness....i have to be able to run long distances and stuff....
    Any advice on the Anavar ?

    Oh i get what your saying. I miss understood you. I thought you meant your didnt weight enough. LOL...

    Anavar is one of the few compounds most people tend to run alone for gains and fat loss... I personally would run it a little higher. If your looking to make minimal gains but loose some lbs it is a decent cycle. You won't blow up on it.

    yeah i cant blow up, i get drug tested also, but they only recomend steroid testing if they suspect it. So what would you think would be a good does? 60 mgs? or something like 80mgs or 100mgs?

    you need too make sure u have a PCT lined up for when u take last dose clomid/nolv either will work

    60 too 80 mgs spilt up threw the day for 8 weeks then PCT the next day after last var dose

    yeah i didnt include the pct on the post but i got all that taken care of, just looking for some info on the cycle if its worth it

    yea do 8 weeks 80 mgs if u can split it up though 40 mg in morning 40 evening and u will be alright

    How old are you?

    What is your BF like?

    How much fat are you looking to lose??

    I have done 2 Var only cycles and did not really experience much fat loss but everyone reacts different. Most guys I know do not experience a big amount of fat loss.... There may be better options for you.

    23 years old, probably around 19% bf, looking to lose as much fat as possible to be honest, just want to keep my strength up. I lost about 30 lbs when i was training in the military and i lost a lot of my strength also...i could do pushups but my bench was hurting.
    If theres better options im open to look into stuff...i just herd anavar was one of the best for what im trying to do

    clen a really good fat burner i have heard maybe look into that

    yeah been working on the diet, clens good but i would like to get some strength gains as well. I want to keep my strength up while losing weight or maintaining my weight.

    IMO at your age and BF, Var is not the answer for you. Trust me, I have taken Var at similar BF and did not get the results you are looking for.

    I would recommend and ECA or some Clen and clean up your diet. Also focus on some low intesity cardio. You will maintain your strength while cutting using ECA or clen.

    Head to the diet section or google a TKD (Targeted Keto Diet) this is where your body learns to burn fat as an energy source rather than carbs.
