May 27 update:
i'll run only clen 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off for 8 weeks taking clen first thing in the morning. during the off time i'll use the ECA stack. first 2 weeks of clen i will taper up from 30mcg to 100mcg, and for the rest of the weeks on clen i'll start at 70 and work back up to 100mcg. i hope to lean out a lot and will post pics of the end result! thanks for the help everyone.

Hi I am planning my first Clen only cycle, in this case i'll be using the liquid. The goal is to lose 5% bodyfat in 8 weeks, hopefully more but we'll see how it goes.
I will be on the Scivation Cut Diet because it has worked for me in the past.

Day 1 60mcg
Day 2 60mcg
Day 3 60mcg
Day 4 80mcg
Day 5 80mcg

Day 8 100mcg
Day 9 100mcg
Day 10 120mcg
Day 11 120mcg
Day 12+ 120mcg
I will take each dose before hitting the gym which is at 6pm (i plan to be sleeping by 11:30pm). I will do 30 minutes of cardio after my workout. my workout will consist of higher reps (12-15), my cardiovascular routine will be 30 minutes of low intensity cardio (powerwalking on an incline).
how does this look?
