    1st Cycle (Test E, EQ, Dbol )

    Hello, well after read a lot of threads and search alot of information int he net, im ready to start my first real cycle. However i want to inform you about myself, im 31 years, 146 lbs (morning), 5'9" about 12% fat. I hase been going to the gym a lot of years however i had only gained roughly 10 pounds. I had been in a treatment for depression and other things (also used superdrol) and for some reason i developed some gyno (2 years ago), however i did a cycle of Tamox (20mg ed) and i got rid of the gyno (as least the pain and puffines (however i have little tissue (probebly fat). Ok now i had performed a blood test about one month ago (exactly after discontinue tamox)...and i got a little estrogen level high (153 of a maximum of 114), also i got a high cortisol leve (24 of a max of 21)..the test was ok (7 of a max of 8.5)..the prolactin also in range. So thats my profile.. now i want some help to see if my cycle is Ok.

    Week 1 - 12: 300mg of Test E, 300mg of Eq per week(every sunday) (probably i will rise to 400 test and 400 eq (after week 6).

    Week 1 -4: 20mg of Dbol (Ed) one hour before workout (4pm)

    Week 1 - 12: 10mg of nolva (ed) and 0.5mg of Arimidex (Eod or ed?) and .25 of Dusta (ed),

    Week 4 - 12 (250ui of hcg every week).

    Im doing that because i know im prone to gyno, so im tryining all possible to control the estrogen level and the receptors. Also i think it will limit some gains but also i will not go to storage much water. So i want to put about 15 to 20 pounds (i think is possible)... I will have a diet of about 3500 to 4000 calories, with about 15-20% of fat, 55% carbs, 30% proteins. Thanks for your help.

    At 5'9 and 146lbs, I think you could definitely gain some weight naturally before you cycle.

    If this is your first cycle, stick to one compound, and if you're gyno prone I'd stay clear of heavily aromatizing compounds like dbol.

    Once you're ready, you should grow nicely from just test.

    Have you researched PCT at all?

    Thanks for the input. Well naturally i only gained about 6 to 8 pounds in the last 8 months. I weighted about 140 so i went until 147..however thats was eating about 3500 to 4000 cals ed (weight gainers etc..(over $150 every months)..so in the last two months i didnt gained 1 pound (yes i changed the routines, etc.,,) so i think something was going wrong..so i went to an endocrinologist (and he ordered the test that i mentioned in the original post). What he said is that my metabolism is extremly fast that i can eat and eat and eat, and i will not gain muscle (only a little fat in my belly)..and trust me thats make sense as it is exactly what is happening (also i had lost 2 pounds in the last two weeks). So Thats my problem. For the PCt is simple Nolvadex 20mg and Arimidex in low dose, thats for about two weeks then reducing the doses, also i have HCG if needed. So well also makes sense what you have said about forget the Dbol..however the other dosages are OK? Thanks

    your pct is weak, so I'd do some research in the pct forum first.

    and just out of curiosity, can you post your daily diet?

    Yes..my diet is that:

    Morning (About 7am): Ham, bread, eggs, 24gms of Whey protein (with milk (about 6oz) (about 400 cals)
    9am: Up Your Mass weight gainer (.75 sevings with milk) Thats about 500 cals.
    11:30 am: Rice, plaintains, 1 cordon blue, lettuce, corn, (about 700 cals)
    2:30pm: .75 serving of Cyto Gainer with milk (powder), about 550 cals
    4pm (workout): with water and carbs.
    5:30 pm: Cyto Gainer shake (full serving) about 700 cals.
    7pm: a whopper combo from burger king (about 700 cals)
    9:30pm (a whey protein shake (about 30gms with skim milk) about 200 cals.
    Thats about 3700 cals ...I did thats every day i was making a work out (4 or three days per week)...also in the non workout probably i eat about 400 cals less)..only for you to know i also bought the program hardgainer project x from the muscle nerd and dindt work (well i gained strenght without any doubt but only 2 or 3 pounds during his 8 week program))..i talked with him and he said he doesnt understand.. (yes i consumed, glutamine, creatine, flax seed oil, bcaas, etc..) and to say something curious when i gained most of the weight was wen i started to take Relora (a herb that low your cortisol levels).. So i think..that the culprit is the Cortisol....

    And what about the doses of the test and eq? Thanks.

    Dude..... that diet sucks..... no joke.

    you need to eat WWWWAAAAYYYY more solid food man..... those shakes just don't cut it. On top of that.... the BK lounge is not the place to be gettin high quality protein......

    start eating tons of brown rice and chicken breast..... they're gunna be your two best friends.....

    ok so

    #1 your dianabol should be taken 3 times a day.... morning, midday and night.. it's all over the web and forums, common knowledge, really...

    #2 the arimidex of .5mg is taken e/od but for your weight you dont need that. i know that you dont want to aromatize and get gyno but if you were 175lb thad be one thing.. just try .25 e/od and then maybe up it like you are doing with the test and eq
    #3 250iu of hcg every week will do nothing... most people do 250iu twice per week, definitely do atleast twice per wek.. but to keep the hcg lvls more lvl i do mine e/3d... there is an article right on steroid.com about how much hcg to run on cycle.... read this! http://www.steroid.com/HCG.php

    #4 i would suggest not running an AI for pct.. run 2 anti estrogens.. nolva 40/20/10.. and clomid 100mg days 1-10 and 50 mgs days 11-21 or do 40/20/20/10 and 100/100/50/50.. but i think that 3 weeks is just right...

    Well thanks for the info. Getting all the information i Think this will be my cycle:

    1 -12 week: Test E 300mg (per week), EQ 300mg (per week)
    Week 1-4 (Dbol): 3 times (5mg morning, 10 mg before workout, 5mg night)

    PCT: 3 to four weeks of Nolva and Clomid, decreasing the dose., and Hcg.

    Food six times per day (4 Solid food and 2 Protein (weight gainer shakes)).


    Any way i have my doubts about the dosing of dianabol...and the dosing of the Test and EQ..anyone can help.Thanks again.

    the eq looks good.. try 40-50mg of d/bol

    Why are you telling someone to run multiple compounds on their first cycle..

    You also see more senior members advising the op to correct his diet faults then you come swooping in with answers he doesn't need..

    Tell me from your experience why the eq looks good and why 40-50mgs of dbol??

    I would like to know how you found running dbol/eq with test on your first cycle???
    Do not ask me for a source check.

    Hi thanks for the info...Yes i think that an elevated dose of Dbol is the worst advise..lol...however im inclined to go only with Test E (about 400 to 500mg)...or Test E and EQ ( 300 mg of each) (i read this cycle in the Begginers cycle of Steroids.com). Also thansk for the advise of my diet, and the PCT...

    if its your first cycle if it was me i would do it a simple test e and see how my it goes! myself i didnt start my 1st cycle yet, but if you are so prone to gyno keep it simple and try to keep away from junk food and eat solid meals! you wanna see how your body reacts to it too! if you take allot of injections and dbol in the middle then you dont know what is good or bad ot your body!

    thats my 2 cents
