Help with first cycle please....
hi guys, ive been researching couple of weeks, on first cycles and best to take. im 6'1 , 73.5kgs with about 11%body fat. i was recenttly recommened by a friend to start a cycle of dbol 20mg's a day for 4 weeks. is their need for novladex and how should i take them throughout the day and what is best to eat when on a first cycle? cheers.

whats your age? whats your training history? I can tell you right now that you do not need to cycle at this point! you need to put together a meal plan, training plan and stick to both for awhile

by the way im am 18 years of age, i know i am going to get flamed because of this but i have lost all hope in protein shakes and other ways, i eat very healthy and have hit my point of gains . i only want 1 cycle and be able to maintain it . please try help me out with reasonable answers. thanks

i have a meal plan, that i have been following with 4l of water a day ,
8am - oats in the morning with 2 bannanas.
11am- multigrain roll with white egg shavings, lettuce and salads.
12.45pm- bowl of pasta, roll with chicken
1.30pm - museli bar, apple and packet of potatoe chips
4pm- more pasta-
6-7pm - train
7.30pm -steak, tuna and proteins.
9.45pm - glass of milk .

that was a reasonable answer and yes you are much to young to cycle,you are at the age right now where you can make good natty progress over the next few years but it is going to take educating yourself about nutrition,it is going to take a good workout plan,it is going to take time and dedication,you say you eat healthy but that does not translate into eating for bb needs! you might be far off,i would go to the diet forum and read the stickies then put together a diet that will assist you in meeting your goals,post it up,peeps will help you tweek it as needed, what does your daily diet look like right now? what is your daily macro breakdown?

That's not a very good meal plan.. If you got your diet down you'll put on weight without aas.

posted my daily diet everyday above. i am much dedicated to where i want to be at, just like everything i do but yes that is a very reasonable answer and im much considering not taking them now. but would 1 cycle change my hormones without the use of a pct like novladex and how badily could it react with my body. cheers

that is not a very good diet,you need to fix it asap,like i suggested in my other post go to the diet forum,once you put together a good diet you will be suprised how anabolic it will be for you,educate yourself on nutrition now and dont waste the next couple of years or more making very little to no gains and that will be the fact whether you cycle or not,do not f up your system this early in your life with aas!trust me young bro you have not reached/maxed out your potential yet.

Good advise and to the OP, by showing respect, interest and listening to the advise you are already showing 90% more maturity then most 18 yr olds who come on here.
Keep up the good work. Get your diet fixed up by visiting the diet section and you will see HUGE gains in no time.
