    Dbol later in the game?

    Doing a sustanton and dbol stack for the first time. Is it ok to start the dbol in week 3 instead of in the beginning? I know a lot of people use dbol as a kick start but I'd like to see how the body handles the sustanon first before throwing the dbol in the mix. I could also just drop the dbol entirely...

    Thats fine.

    I recently pulsed (4 weeks on, 2 off) Dbol on and off over 4 months of Test Prop.

    your better off kick starting with dbol and enading with something like winny/masteron or anavar .

    im in no way shape or form speaking for 007 but after seeing about 100 of his other posts i think he might say something like this....

    fix your diet.. 5'7" 155lb at 14%bf is not a person ready for a steroid cycle... and especially for 5 years of hard training, something's not right...

    yes thats a fair post,@ 5,7 155lbs and 14% body fat you could add some extra lbs natty with the right diet but its upto you if you want to cycle or not.

    Fair response.

    My diet has been revamped for the last 3 weeks. More focus on protein, 5 - 6 meals, cutting out the fats.

    Basically, my breakdown is 15 total calories per body weight - 1 gram of protein per body weight, 1/2 gram of fat per body weight and the remainder in carb. So, 2325 calories a day (620 cals protein, 697.5 cals fat, 1007.5 cals carb).

    It's been working as my body fat is moving in the right direction.

    Oh and I'm doing a 12-week program religiously which I'm seeing great gains on. Def worth checking out (Source: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/12-w...ng-trainer.htm).

    thats no good imo ,here

    weeks 1-10 500mgs sust per week

    weeks 10-13 40mgs dbol every day

    day or two after last dbol tab start pct.

    Thanks, I liked your suggestion, as well. Basically, to use the dbol to help retain my gains when coming off the sust but others are saying it's probably better not introduce a new steroid right after coming off another? Have you tried this cycle?

    well it's a pretty standard cycle buddy... you don't really need to complicate things. You're using test + an oral. Simple.

    With orals you can either kick-start with it; pulse throughout cycle; or backload.

    Only thing to consider is that at the end of your cycle by introducing d-bol it could spike your estrogen levels.. which could potentially cause gyno. it's not a huge concern though.. just have arimidex on hand, just in case it pans out this way..

    D-bol isn't going to make you 'retain' gains though. You're going to blow up w/ water retention, and then once you start your PCT you're going to deflate.

    IMO, either just use it for the first 3 weeks... or just use it in the middle of the cycle somewhere.

    if adding the dbol at the end you may want to think about useing adex on your ccyle to keep down bloat ,this will give a real sence of what real muscle your gaining and it will keep of any gyno too.
