Hi Guys,
After much contemplation, I have decided to enter "the dark side" and run my first ever steriod cycle!
As an overview, I'm basically planning on running Test E at 500mg per week for 10 weeks, using the common injection days of Monday and Thursday (250mg each day). My goals are to put on 25lbs (the majority as muscle) and increase strength on all lifts.
----------------------
My Stats are as follows;
Age: 26
Height: 6ft 2
Weight: 205lbs
BF%: 12
Cycle Exp: No previous cycles
Prohormone Exp: 2 previous 4 week cycles using iForce Nutritions Dymethazine - gains of 12/15lbs, respectively. Nolva used for PCT at 40/40/20/10
PCT Knowledge: Enough to know what products to use, based upon forum searches, but any additional help would be much appreciated!
Training Exp: 5 years
----------------------
In regards to the cycle itself, I have planned it as such;
Weeks 1-10 : Test E at 500mg per week
Weeks 1-10 : Nolvadex 20mg ED (I have a very small case of Gynecomastia, which I don't want to make any worse, hence why I figured it would be best to run Nolva throughout)
Additional Daily Supplements;
Finasteride at 5mg ED
Flax Seel Oil
AI Cycle Support
Taurine
Potassium
Vitamin C - 2g per day
----------------------
PCT will start 1 week after my last injection (is this correct?), and will look like this;
Clomid - 100/100/50/50
Nolvadex - 40/40/20/20/10/10
Aromasin - 20/20/20/20
----------------------
An overview of my diet - this will be my starting amounts, and will change weekly dependant upon results gained;
Calories - 4300 per day
Protein - 400g
Carbs - 450g
Fats - 100g
The main bulking foods will be used - lots of lean meats, oats, peanut butter, whey protein e.t.c.
---------------------
In regards to training, I have had good success training each bodypart twice weekly on a 6 day split i.e Upper, Lower, Back then repeat, with Sunday off. I figured with the extra oomph from the gear, this would be a good option.
---------------------
I think thats everything. As mentioned any help or tips for a newbie would be great.
The above is basically the "barebones" - lots of fleshing out will be done over the next couple of weeks prior to actually getting things rolling![]()
Many thanks
Tim
