Ok just to give you a little background on myself/experience:
Im 26, around the age of 21 i was 165lbs, 5'11. I started working out, all natural, just supps and protein and a solid diet, and by the time i was 22.5 or so i was roughly 201lbs, this wasnt a cut weight though, im guessing cut weight would be around 185-190lbs. Anyway im confident i have the workouts/knowledge/diet to back up a cycle. I have been browsing these forums for quite sometime and feel i have a decent grasp on whats going on, but of course i dont know everything and can use some advice being that im a first timer.
So heres what im thinking:
1-8 weeks - 400mgs/Test Enth
1-4 weeks - 40mgs/Anavar
Just to see how my body reacts to it all, i plan of course on having some nolva/HCG for post cycle and run it for 3 weeks, or the nolva during if i get gyno, and some cytadren. Thinking of starting HCG at week 6 and end on week 8. Also, i'll be taking a handful of supps. I choose Anavar due to it being a low toxcity. I cant find much info on taking Anavar alone, im not really keen on injecting test into myself, not because it would hurt, im just a little weary of how i'll be on it, and the whole balls shutting down thing, i havnt experienced shrinkage and it freaks me out a little bit. So here are some questions i cant seem to find on the forums as of yet.
1) How are results just taking Anavar or Dbol alone?
2) Is there anything else you would recommend taking in PCT?
3) During a cycle should i be taking in around 1ish grams of protein per lb?
4) After a cycle should protein content raise to 1.3-1.7ish grams per lb during PCT?
5) Should HCG be taken after cycle? Or as stated above?
6) Will i lose the ability to get an erection after/during a cycle? If so, is there a time frame where i could expect to regain that ability?
Any help would be appreciated, im sure you all have answered these same questions thousands of times :>
