    Sustanton + Dbol - Nutrition 101

    Hi:

I was looking for some more specifics on nutrition when cycling on sustanon and/or stacking with Dbol . Here is my current eating plan:

15 calories per body weight - 1 gram of protein per body weight, 1/2 gram of fat per body weight and the remainder in carbs - divided in 5 - 6 meals per day.

So for me (Stats: 5 '7, 155lbs, 14% body fat, 31 years old), I'm consuming 2325 calories a day (620 cals protein, 697.5 cals fat, 1007.5 cals carb).

My goal is to drop the 5% body fat and gain about 15 -20 pounds of lean muscle mass.

Any suggestions? Can I throw in a cheat day for my Sundays? Or is this a no fly zone when training?

    Thanks!

    Ken

This is all just my opinion, since I am still new to AAS...

Your nutrition should not be great while on, and back to 'normal' when off. You need to have an excellent diet before you begin your cycle (for maximum gains), all throughout cycle, and most importantly- post cycle. If your diet changes after cycle, you will regain the fat you lost, and lose the muscle you gained.

You are NOT going to gain 20lbs of muscle eating 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight. IMO you need to go for at least 1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight. Still... 20lbs of muscle in a single cycle is not as easy as you think. I don't even think it is possible.

Your fat loss will depend on your diet and cardio.... especially since you are running Dbol . Be careful.. because the back pumps on dbol can cause irritation during cardio. Be sure to also use an AI if you want to keep bloat down.

You can have a cheat meal.... but a cheat day is very counter productive.

Do me a favor. Go to BurgerKing. Just sit down for 45 minutes. just observe who comes in to eat that shit. I guarantee that the majority will be overweight, and some even obese. Therefore, do not spend a day splurging.

A cheat meal for me is a triple turkey burger with fat free cheese and mustard, or a giant fruit basket. But then again, I am new to this whole diet thing. I am still elarning myself. Instead of parroting diets, I am trying everything to find what works for me.

You are 155lbs at 14%bf. In my imagination I cannot see a lot of muscle on that frame... even though you are only 5'7". What does your training program look like??

5 '7, 155lbs, 14% body fat, 31 years old says you do not know enough about diet and training to be taking steroids , sorry I know it's not what you want to hear but it's the truth.

1g of protein per lb is a big part of the problem. Put this up to 1.5 or even 2 whilst training naturally and you'll get that 15-20lbs of muscle.

Steroids are not magical they only amplify the effects of hard work and good diet. If your diet is not up to scratch all the steroids in the world won't help you.

Thanks for the info, guys. I'm assuming by 14% body fat, you're saying that is too high, correct?

I'm following a 12-week bulk program religiously, six days a week about an hour and fifteen mins of training each day (Source:Edited and seem some good gains with this.

I'll up the protein to 2 grams per body weight. How many calories a day should I shoot for? Obviously, I don't want to put on any fat. Is this inevitable while cycling?

    Thanks again.

Typical Day at the risk of being blasted (unfortunately I work at an office and need to keep it somewhat convenient):

    Meal 1
4.5 oz of Eye Round - 192 cals
    1 Large Egg - 70 cals
Wheat hamburger bun - 160 cals

    Meal 2
    Whey protein (20 mg) - 120 cals
    2 large wheat pretzels - 180 cals

    Meal 3
    Lean Cuisine - 280 cal
    Whey Protein - 120 cals

    Meal 4
    Whey Protein - 120 cals
    2 large wheat pretzels - 180 cals

    Meal 5
    Pork Center Chop - 6 oz - 300 cals
    Salad - 50 cals
Wheat pasta with tomato sauce - 300 cals

Obviously, if I need to up it to 3,500, I can throw in some heartier portions as well as an additional meal but I want to keep it a clean bulk. At 3,500 calories, will I see an increase in body fat?

I keep cardio to twice a week - 30 mins on an elliptical - as well as 10 mins four times a day before lifting.

Bit lazy here, so cant be f'ed calculating that, but how many calories is that?

While Im definitely no expert, but it seems to me that youre eating perhaps too many carbs (pretzels?). Thought that is what would make you fat. Personally Id much rather replace pretzels with some beef jerky. I snack on that at work all day along with meals. Its not high in fat either. If you dont like that, perhaps peanuts? Just seems your protein intake isnt quiet there.

Id hit the guys up in the diet section though for further information.

Personally i figure while Im on gear Ill eat anything I feel like when I feel like it (but not being a slob, most of my meals are homemade). I want to grow. And I also do a bit of cardio (going to start pumping it up this week though) and will increase it further should my BF increase. But I thought what I was eating was "great" before I saw the diet section. Still not there though.

Head to the diet section and post up your diet there. You need 2 grams of protein Ed for starters. List your diet and goals and the diet gurus will set you straight. Diet is the main factor in your growth.
